(Heute, nur administrativ ... ich kann das nicht mehr bewerten!) Fazit = 3 Doctor is really very nice and competent. (Previous investigation ... 5 stars) Ordination or assistant not only at a loss but also very unfriendly. (Today, only administratively ... I can't rate that anymore!) Conclusion = 3
M	Manu Duller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Zeitmanagement, ein super netter Empfang und ein sehr kompetenter Arzt. Da gibt man gerne 5 Sterne und eine Weiterempfehlung ab. Hatte keinen Termin sondern war Schmerzpatient in, musste trotzdem nicht allzu lange warten und wurde super behandelt. Ein toller Arzt und ein super Team! Top time management, a super nice welcome and a very competent doctor. They like to give 5 stars and a recommendation. Didn't have an appointment but was a pain patient in, still didn't have to wait too long and was treated very well. A great doctor and a great team!

Mir wurde gesagt am Nachmittag wird sie nicht angenommen, da der nur für Termine reserviert ist! So wird mit Notfällen umgegangen! Jeder hat nicht das Glück das er Kollegen hat die sofort einspringen können! Und nein es war kein Missverständnis! Ihre Dame am Telefon sagte mir unmissverständlich das am Nachmittag nur Termine angenommen werden! Möglicherweise sollte ihr Personal sensibler reagieren! Es tut mir leid für sie da sie eigentlich nichts dafür können, ich würde ja von der Dame am Telefon abgewiesen! I called for my wife because she is working and couldn't come right away! I was told in the afternoon that it will not be accepted as it is only reserved for appointments! This is how emergencies are dealt with! Everyone is not lucky enough to have colleagues who can jump in immediately! And no, it wasn't a misunderstanding! Your lady on the phone told me in no uncertain terms that only appointments are accepted in the afternoon! Perhaps your staff should react more sensitively! I'm sorry for you because you can't help it, I would be turned away by the lady on the phone!

Bekam immer schnell eine Termin und die Wartezeit ist sehr gering! Fühlt mich dort stets wohl und gut aufgehoben!! Kann Herrn Dr Hafner nur weiter empfehlen!!! Very, very competent and very friendly doctor! The assistants are always very friendly too! Always got an appointment quickly and the waiting time is very short! I always feel comfortable and in good hands there !! I can only recommend Dr Hafner !!!

Da ich keine 3g Regel vorweisen, bzw. nur einen Wohnzimmertest mithatte und der nicht akzeptiert wird . Finde ich eine absolute Frechheit, da mir nicht bekann ist, dass man bei einem Arzt getestet, genesen oder geimpft sein muss. Wurde auch nicht am Telefon darüber informiert und als Schmerzpatientin dann einfach abgewiesen. Aber Gottseidank gibt es noch andere viel nettere Damen an der Rezeption und ich wurde gleich drangenommen ohne irgendeinen Test als GESUNDE vorzuweisen. Es sind mehrere Patienten von Dr. Hafner abgewiesen worden, die keine 3G Regel hatten. Vielen dank für die Antwort. War keine Schmerzpatientin, sondern es waren meine Ohren mit Ohrenschmalz voll und ich hatte einen SELBSTTEST MIT DER NICHT AKZEPIERT WORDEN IST!!!!!!! I've always been very satisfied until now, but since yesterday I have definitely not been going to Dr. HAFNER. Since I do not have a 3g rule or only had a living room test and it is not accepted. I find an absolute cheek, because I don't know that you have to be tested, recovered or vaccinated by a doctor. Wasn't informed about it on the phone either and then simply turned away as a pain patient. But thank God there are other much nicer ladies at the front desk and I was immediately taken in without showing any test as HEALTHY. There are several patients of Dr. Hafner who did not have a 3G rule. Many thanks for the answer. Wasn't a pain patient, but my ears were full of ear wax and I had a SELF TEST WITH THAT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTED !!!!!!!
A	Arnela Brkic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt ist wirklich sehr nett und kompetent. Aber leider finde ich die Art der Assistentin nicht sehr professionell, habe einen PCR-Test nachgewissen. Antwort war: Könnte nicht jemand anders von der Familie der geimpft ist mit meinen Kindern zum HNO Arzt gehen. Entschuldigung, ich als geteste Person bin doch keine Gefahr für die anderen Patienten und finde die Reaktion der Assistentin nicht in Ordnung. Würde mir wünschen das sich dieses Anliegen bessert. Doctor is really nice and competent. But unfortunately I don't think the type of assistant is very professional, I have a PCR test to prove it. Answer was: Couldn't someone else from the family who is vaccinated take my children to the ENT doctor. Excuse me, as the person tested, I am not a danger to the other patients and I do not think the assistant's reaction is right. I wish this issue would improve.
