We called them first to confirm whether the item we wanted is available (Schminke Horadam aquarell watercolours), and then visited the store to buy. Ended up purchasing a lot of art supplies! - Extremely well-stocked - Well organised -Staff are ready to help with any questions -Card as well as cash accepted

In comparison to those, the employees here are very polite and helpful! The only con would be that they don’t have as big of a selection as other stores. Or at least a lot things come in 3-packs and sets as opposed to individual pens e.g. And a few items they carry online aren’t sold in store, although I was able to find substitutes for what they didn’t have. Overall very good and accessible

Some of the assistants were so helpful…and I spent over 360 Euros - although after check out was loaded down with really heavy bags. When I was unable to get a signal on my mobile phone to order an Uber to get me back to my hotel… I asked the girl at the check-out if she could perhaps help me do so — her response was ‘it’s my job to take your money not to help you get an Uber’ I was stunned … I didn’t want anything from her other than some kindness and some advice - in a city where I did not know the language. By all means take my money - but try and employ nice people with basic kindness and decency - I cannot even imagine speaking to another person in that way.

Some employees are always stressed and little helpful. To put it in a nutshell it is a nice store where you can get most of the stuff so create artworks, pp. will come again
