Kann nicht das gleiche für die Rezeptionistin sagen. Völlig unhöflich, manchmal dauert es 2 Tage, um telefonisch durchzukommen. Oh ja, und wenn du eine Frage stellst und sie schlechte Laune hat, wird sie ihren Ton erhöhen und mit großem Sarkasmus zu dir sprichst.
The doctor is great, very helpful and professional. I really admire this doctor.
Can't say the same for the receptionist. Totally rude, sometimes it takes 2 days to get through the phone. Oh yeah, and if you ask a question and she's in a bad mood, she'll raise her tone and speak to you with great sarcasm.
