E	Erich P-Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bisher, zum Glück, nicht ernsthaft krank, was es schwer macht die tatsächliche Kompetenz zu beurteilen. Seine Art mit Patienten zu sprechen wirkt leider sehr herablassend, und monoton. Die Wartezeiten auf den Arzt sind vergleichsweise kurz, die Schlange vor dem Anmeldeschalter (wo auch alles andere gemacht wird) erinnert an Topattraktionen in Disneyland. Fortunately, I have not been seriously ill so far, which makes it hard to judge the actual competence. His way of talking to patients is very condescending and monotonous. The waiting times for the doctor are relatively short, the queue in front of the registration desk (where everything else is done) reminiscent of top attractions in Disneyland.
E	Emily Cristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also meine ehemalige Hausärztin ist leider im Pensionsalter und arbeitet nicht mehr. aus diesem grund bin ich jetzt bei dr. fuchs! es reicht generell für kleine sachen wie krankmeldung bei erkältung, durchfall,..... hatte bis jetzt gott sei dank nix tragisches gehabt. er ist älter, schreib seine notizen am pc und schick die patientInnen wieder zu der ordinationsdame (seine frau) fürs krankmelden, rezepte ausdrucken usw. er holt selten selbst die patienten in den untersuchungsraum. auch das macht seine frau. also eigentlich ist SIE die wahre HELDIN! sie telefoniert, macht termine, druckt die rezepte, schreibt dich krank und gesund,steht zwischendurch auf u holt die patienten in den untersuchungsraum (er sitzt nur drin u wartet).... sie schmeisst den laden! So my former family doctor is unfortunately retired and no longer works. for this reason i am now with dr. Fox! it is generally enough for small things like sickness reports for colds, diarrhea, ... until now god had nothing tragic thanks to it. he is older, writes his notes on the pc and sends the patients back to the ordination lady (his wife) to report illness, print out prescriptions etc. he seldom brings the patients into the examination room himself. his wife does that too. so actually she is the real hero! she talks on the phone, makes appointments, prints the prescriptions, writes you sick and healthy, gets up in between and brings the patients into the examination room (he is just sitting there and waiting) ... she throws the shop!
A	AUT “The Ripper” Kenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Längste Wartezeiten. Sowas hab ich noch nicht miterlebt. Bevor ich drangekommen bin, wurde noch telefoniert. Dann wurde freundlicherweise nach ca 5 minuten der Patient am Telefon kurz auf hold gestellt. Ich wurde gefragt was ich brauche, Rezept ausgedruckt, aber nix mit fertig. Bevor ich das Rezept bekomme wird noch der Patient am Telefon abgewickelt. Mein Vorschlag: Entweder telefon oder ich, beides geht nicht. Longest waiting times. I haven't seen anything like that before. Before I got there, I was on the phone. Then after about 5 minutes the patient was kindly put on hold on the phone. I was asked what I need, the recipe was printed out, but nothing was done. Before I get the prescription, the patient is processed on the phone. My suggestion: either phone or me, neither is possible.

Is immer viel los dort aber geht eigentlich schnell voran :) The best and dearest family doctor and the woman fox too! Are very hard! There is always a lot going on there but it is actually progressing quickly :)

S	Sercan Ak (Chuck) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad to see them being aged for too long. The secretary does a decent job keeping all the tasks by herself and just by herself only. The doctor in the other hand, his hands are shaking tremendously, walks very slowly and obviously not feeling well for his current age. He relies to her secretary to do the most part. Then there are completely horrible people who refuses to wear a mask in the doctor's office and start to argue the elderly during the pandemic. I tried to stop them, but they went on and the secretary had to accept it. Again, I feel very sorry for them to deal with these people. I always went to this doctor when I was feeling sick or if I needed a prescription medicine (mostly for my mother). They are good, always helped me and wrote sick leaves. Wait times are long and it is to be expected when there are only two people inside the office. You can call them for a meeting, if you wish to not wait. The secretary keeps meetings at the exact time and frequently calls you by your name in case if you haven't heard her. A pharmacy is very close to where they work, thus you can buy your medicines after the appointment.
