Today was my first visit to Dr Groessing and I am very satisfied. takes her time and answers all questions and is very friendly. The two receptionists are also very friendly. I felt very comfortable.

K	Klaus Walzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 6 Monaten einen Termin erhalten (17.12.2020 14:00). Wir sollte trotzdem eine Stunde, also bis ca. 15:00 Warten. Da im Wartezimmer 12 Patienten und 2 Schalterkräfte anwesend waren haben wir auf unseren (Gattin und ich) Termin verzichtet und haben den Warteraum verlassen, nicht ohne einige unpassende Worte der Schalterkräfte zu hören. So geht man nicht mit Patienten um liebe Frau Dr. Grössing. Received an appointment 6 months ago (12/17/2020 14:00). We should still wait an hour, until about 3:00 p.m. Since 12 patients and 2 counter staff were present in the waiting room, we (wife and I) waived our appointment and left the waiting room, not without hearing a few inappropriate words from the counter staff. That's not how you deal with patients, dear Dr. Grössing.
M	Margarethe Strauss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon seit längerer Zeit Patientin bei Fr. Dr. Grössing. Möchte mich in diesem Sinne für die gute und kompetente Betreuung herzlich bedanken. Auch das Ordinationsteam ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin bereits ein älteres Semester und gehbehindert, der barrierefreie Zugang durch den Innenhof ist deshalb sehr angenehm. Kann die Ordination nur weiterempfehlen!! I have been a patient of Ms. Dr. Grössing. With this in mind, I would like to thank you very much for the good and competent support. The ordination team is also always friendly and helpful. I am already an older semester and have walking difficulties, so the barrier-free access through the inner courtyard is very pleasant. I can only recommend the ordination !!

Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend. Durch die fachgerechte Behandlung von Frau Dr. Grössing ging es mir bald wieder besser. Danke! Was recently with Dr. Grössing because of an acute problem. Didn't have an appointment, but didn't have to wait long. Ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Due to the professional treatment of Dr. Grössing soon felt better again. Thanks!
g	g w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwecks Terminvereinbarung im September 2021 angerufen, erster freier Termin Juni 2022 - bei einer Sehschwäche besonders vorteilhaft mindestens 10Monate zu warten Called to make an appointment in September 2021, first free appointment in June 2022 - if you have poor eyesight, it is particularly advantageous to wait at least 10 months
P	Patrick Postl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde trotz akutem Fall von Fr. Dr. persönlich nicht eingeschoben, also schon am Telefon abgewiesen. Termin in 4 Monaten wurde mir zwar angeboten, aber dann brauche ich vielleicht gar keinen Augenarzt mehr. Schade das Ärzte teilweise sehr überlastet wirken. :-( Despite an acute case, Mrs. Dr. personally not inserted, so already rejected on the phone. I was offered an appointment in 4 months, but then I might not need an ophthalmologist anymore. It's a shame that some of the doctors seem overworked. :-(
