Der Einstich in die Armvene war schmerzlos und es gab keinen Bluterguß.
Nur das Kartenlesegerät funktioniert nicht perfekt.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, short waiting times.
The puncture in the arm vein was painless and there was no bruise.
Only the card reader does not work perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles bestens... Ohne Termin gekommen. Nach ca 15 Minuten Blut abgenommen bekommen, Pflaster drauf, fertig. Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung sehr nett und kompetente Angestellte.
Everything is fine ... Arrived without an appointment. After about 15 minutes blood drawn, plaster on, done. From the reception to the farewell, very nice and competent employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war um 11:40 im Labor für eine Blutabnahme. Da ich nicht nüchtern sein musste, wurde mir geraten nicht in der Früh zu kommen um eine längere Wartezeit zu vermeiden.
Beim Eintreffen saß noch eine weitere Person im Wartebereich. Der Herr kam nach ca. 5 Minuten dran, ich musste weitere 45 Minuten warten, obwohl der Wartebereich leer war. Sorry aber dafür hab ich kein Verständnis.
I was in the lab at 11:40 am for a blood draw. Since I didn't have to be sober, I was advised not to come in the morning to avoid a long wait.
When we arrived, another person was sitting in the waiting area. The gentleman answered after about 5 minutes, I had to wait another 45 minutes, even though the waiting area was empty. Sorry but I have no understanding for that.
