B	Bernhard Binder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption und kompetente Behandlung nach relativ kurzer Wartezeit (ohne Termin, da akutes Problem). Durchaus empfehlenswert! Friendly reception at the reception and competent treatment after a relatively short wait (without appointment, because of acute problem). Highly recommended!

Keine lange Wartezeiten und auch wenn man einmal akut etwas braucht, kann man jederzeit vorbei kommen, ebenso ohne lange Wartezeiten. Ich kann Frau Dr Rauscher nur wärmstens empfehlen. Very nice competent doctor and the staff very friendly. No long waiting times and even if you need something acutely, you can come over at any time, as well as without long waiting times. I highly recommend Ms. Dr Rauscher.

Unser Augenarzt zu dem wir normalerweise gehen ist auf Urlaub und die Vertretung wäre weiter weggewesen als die ordination von dr. rauscher. Ich musste mich 5 mal am Telefon rechtfertigen warum ich kommen will und nicht zur Vertretung gehe. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Ich will einfach nur einen Termin und nicht 10 minuten erklären warum ich komme will was soll das? Entweder nehmens mich dran oder nicht. Aber wenns um eine 5jährige geht die zu geschwollene augen hat, find ich das eine frechheit Unfriendly reception. My daughter has conjunctivitis. Our ophthalmologist, whom we normally go to, is on vacation and the representation would have been further away than the ordination of dr. rausch. I had to justify myself 5 times on the phone why I wanted to come and not go to the representation. I've never seen anything like it. I just want to make an appointment and not explain 10 minutes why I want to come what is the point? Either take me or not. But when it comes to a 5 year old who has swollen eyes, I think that's a cheek

Freundlich empfangen, zum vereinbarten Termin drangekommen. Eine Ärztin wie man sich es nur wünschen kann - kompetent und liebenswürdig. Und auch die Assistentin die Sehstärke und Augendruck misst ist von besonderer Freundlichkeit. Also jetzt lasse ich mir sicher nicht wieder 20 Jahre bis zu meinem nächsten Augenarztbesuch Zeit! Easily found on the internet - main hit! You rarely feel so comfortable in a statutory health insurance doctor's practice. Warmly received, arrived at the agreed time. A doctor as one could only wish for - competent and amiable. And the assistant who measures the eyesight and eye pressure is particularly kind. So now I definitely won't take another 20 years until my next ophthalmologist visit!

Stattdessen wurde ich angeschrien mit den Worten, dass man keine neuen Patienten mehr aufnimmt. Mich ausreden hat man am Telefon nicht lassen. Wenn man schon am Telefon so behandelt wird, verzichte ich lieber auf den Besuch, auch wenn einen danach gesagt wird, dass man für akute Fälle kommen kann. Not worth a star. I called to ask if they could come for an acute problem. Instead, I was yelled at for saying no more new patients. They didn't let me finish speaking on the phone. If you are treated like this on the phone, I prefer not to visit, even if you are told afterwards that you can come for acute cases.

Werde IMMER WIEDER SEHR GERNE HINGEHEN. Kann und muss man weiterempfehlen. Very nice, think the waiting time is okay. Lady from the registration, very, very nice always a smile on her face. Dr Dr Müller incredibly nice and very competent. Will always be very happy to go back. Can and must be recommended.
R	Romy Kamps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin zwar seit Jahren Patientin und bin von der Ärztin auch durchaus zufrieden, aber gestern war ich mehr als enttäuscht, von ihrer Sekretärin. Ich habe angerufen und habe wirklich um einen Termin gefleht, da mein Mann Beschwerden hat. Mir wurde ein Termin für AUGUST angeboten.... Daraufhin habe ich einen anderen Arzt kontaktiert. Mein Mann hatte heute sofort einen Termin. Zum Glück! Denn er braucht SOFORT eine Behandlung. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir nicht bis August gewartet haben. Sehr schade, dass es für akute Fälle keine früheren Termine gibt! Meine komplette Familie entschied sich jetzt, dass wir den Arzt wechseln. Alles Gute. I've been a patient for years and I'm quite satisfied with the doctor, but yesterday I was more than disappointed with her secretary. I called and was really begging for an appointment as my husband has complaints. I was offered an appointment for AUGUST... I then contacted another doctor. My husband had an appointment today. Luckily! Because he needs treatment IMMEDIATELY. We are very glad we didn't wait until August. It's a pity that there are no earlier appointments for acute cases! My entire family has now decided that we should switch doctors. All the best.
