Sieben Jahre lang hat er mir erklärt daß mein Auge unreparabel sei und auf einmal schickt er mich zur grauen Star Operation ins Krankenhaus. Dort wurde ich gefragt warum ich nicht schon viel früher gekommen bin, dann hätte man das Auge sicher retten können. Also VALENTA = vorher scharf Rechts abbiegen!!! Those who care about the health of their eyes should keep a long distance from this person. Personal unsympathisch unkompetent kein bitte kein Danke Nicht mal meine Begleitperson durfte mit auch 3G Nachweis hat nicht geholfen NIE WIEDER So that was the first and last time that this practice saw me ... staff unsympathetic incompetent no please no thanks Not even my companion was allowed to use 3G proof that did not help NEVER AGAIN
S	Sabrina Perzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit auf Kontrolltermin lange, dafür kann man bei akuten Problemen taggleich kommen, das ist für mich wichtiger bei einer Arztpraxis; Personal freundlich und ausgesprochen gut organisiert, dh die Wartezeit ist ausgesprochen kurz beim Termin selbst; bei vielen Kassenaugenärzten verbringt man gut und gerne 3-4 h beim Termin (selbst erlebt), bei Dr. Valenta noch nie länger als eine Stunde; Dr. Valenta selbst empfinde ich als sehr kompetent und menschlich; Waiting time for a check-up appointment is long, but you can come on the same day with acute problems, which is more important to me in a doctor's office; Staff friendly and extremely well organized, ie the waiting time is extremely short at the appointment itself; With many ophthalmologists you can easily spend 3-4 hours at the appointment (experienced yourself), with Dr. Valenta has never been more than an hour; Dr. I find Valenta herself very competent and human;
V	Verena Heschl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir gehen schon Jahrelang zum Dr. Valenta. 2 meiner Kinder haben schon früh eine Brille gebraucht, seit ein paar Jahren brauche ich auch eine. Bis dato war die Empfangsdamen immer sehr nett. Die ältere Dame die jetzt dort sitzt ist unfreundlich, meine Tochter hatte sogar etwas Angst vor ihr. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter + dem Arzt wie immer top, sehr freundlich. Schade. For years we have been going to Dr. valenta 2 of my children needed glasses from an early age, and I've needed one for a few years now. To date, the receptionists have always been very nice. The older lady sitting there now is unfriendly, my daughter was even a bit scared of her. All other employees + the doctor as always great, very friendly. Too bad.
