Awesome......I mean a real disaster. You deserve maximum a quarter from this star. Next time I will pay a guy with a horse like in 17th century. I bet it will be faster. Shame on you!!!

Definition of idiocracy and incompetence, this so called "post office" is now holding my package for over 2 months for it being "too cheap" although presented with all evidence, such as bank transactions, invoices, email confirmations, paypal payment confirmations and tracking item confirmations, never ever use this company for any service, they and the monkeys they employ will just get your package either lost or never deliver it

Would rate -10 if possible. Worst service I've ever encountered! Seems like they don't have phones or computers at all, seeing as nobody is answering neither phone nor mail. Are people even working there? They really need to change things up there!

I received a letter in which I had to send the documents to the e-mail address provided to receive the package, but the e-mail address does not work !!

Nobody answers the emails or picks up the phone (the line drops after 16 minutes of waiting - tried 4 times). The shipment is delayed indefinitely, even though the documents are sent.

Customs delayed my (important, priority) package for a week and a half, which is better than some of the other horror stories here, but this reflects very badly on Austria. I have even had companies refuse to ship to me here because they have had such consistently bad experiences with shipments getting delayed or even lost in customs. Get your house in order, Austria. Edit: now they charge me 182 euros and cannot tell me why.

worst services in the world. they kept my parcel in customs for one month and only notified me of it after I made a claim with my post office to make them search for my parcel after what was a horrendous long time of waiting. Really poor services and absolutely zero communication.
