Daumen hoch...???? Very friendly post office ... Always very friendly and helpful ... Thank goodness we found someone to take over our post office here in Biedermannsdorf. Thumbs up ... ????

Hoffe geholfen zu haben, da zum heutigen Zeitpunkt die 1 Stern Bewertungen einfach nicht mehr stimmen. Really very reliable and always very nice since the new takeover a few months ago, I am very satisfied. Hope to have helped, as the 1 star ratings are no longer correct at the moment.

Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass eine Karte Zahlung bei Postgeschäften leider nicht möglich ist. Really great since the new takeover! The owners are well trained and very friendly. Everything works out great. The only downer is that payment by card is unfortunately not possible for postal transactions.

Der Umzug war den Mitarbeitern aber schon länger bekannt, oder? Das mit den Öffnungszeiten ist auch mir ein Dorn im Auge! Wie die anderen Bewerter es ebenfalls geschrieben haben! Total unregelmäßig und unorganisiert kommen jene mir vor. Die offiziellen, angegebenen Öffnungszeiten stimmen des Öfteren nicht und werden auch nach Lust & Laune gehandhabt, kommt mir vor. Kann mich auch nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen: Mir völlig unerklärlich wie man so unorganisiert sein kann. In der Regel weiß man selbst, dass man demnächst eine Vertretung braucht und organisiert dann solch eine auch rechtzeitig... Die Post ist ein Amt und sollte meiner Meinung nach dementsprechend geführt werden. Manche berufstätige Leute richten sich nach den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten und verlassen sich darauf. Ansonsten sollte man mal über einen Personalaustausch bei der Post nachdenken!!! When the branch changed location it was not possible for the post office to get a FAX device for the first 2 weeks. The move had been known to the employees for some time, right? The opening hours are also a thorn in my side! As the other reviewers have written it too! They are totally irregular and disorganized. The official, specified opening times are often not correct and are also handled at your whim, seems to me. Can I just join the other reviews: me completely inexplicable how one can be so disorganized. As a rule, you know yourself that you soon need a representation and then organized such a timely ... The post office is an office and should, in my opinion, be conducted accordingly. Some working people follow the opening hours and rely on them. Otherwise you should think about a staff exchange at the post office !!!

In meinen Augen eine absolute Frechheit! Wie komme ich, als normale berufstätige Person dazu, permanent Probleme mit so einer simplen Aufgabe wie der Post zu haben? Würde auch gern meine Firma nach Lust & Laune auf- & zusperren, aber das geht nicht!!! Und wenn, dann bitte VORHER eine Vertretung organisieren. Denn ich glaube man kann sehr gut im VORHINEIN wissen ob man am nächsten Tag eine Vertretung braucht. Kann ja nicht so schwer sein sich zu organisieren und sich an SEINE EIGENEN Öffnungszeiten zu halten! Sorry für die Ausdrucksweise, aber diese Filiale ist einfach absolut besch**n! Schade, dass meine Pakete dort immer wieder landen!!! Leider gehen 0 Sterne nicht... Lock up when she wants. Locks when she wants.
