Jedoch möchte ich hier eine kleine Beschwerde an eine Mitarbeiterin (blond/ca. 50 Jahre alt) los lassen. Ich hätte fast mein gekauftes Produkt an der Kassa vergessen und anstatt höflich zu sagen:„Entschuldigung, bitte vergessen Sie Ihr (gekauftes Produkt) nicht", wurde mir hinterher geschrien:„Mitnehma vielleicht a?!" …..ganz ehrlich, was soll das? Ich bin zwar erst 20. Jahre alt, aber als Verkäuferin kann man sich so etwas wirklich nicht erlauben! Unfortunately, I cannot rate the range as I very seldom shop at Douglas. However, I would like to let go of a small complaint to an employee (blonde / approx. 50 years old). I almost forgot my purchased product at the cash desk and instead of saying politely: "Sorry, please don't forget your (purchased product)", I was shouted afterwards: "Take away maybe a ?!" ... honestly, what's that supposed to mean? I'm only 20 years old, but as a saleswoman you really can't afford that!
S	Susanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Begrüßung, keine Achtung nichts. Man ignoriert einfach die Kunden.Habe dann meine Produkte woanders gekauft. Anscheinend hat man hier es nicht nötig. No greeting, no respect nothing. You just ignore the customers and then bought my products elsewhere. Apparently there is no need here.
L	Lisa Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Beratung bekommen und der gesamte douglas war ohne Verkäufer. Nicht mal bei der Kassa und da habe ich mind 20 min gewartet. Hier sollte dringend etwas an der Arbeitsmoral gemacht werden. No advice received and the entire douglas was without a seller. Not even at the cash desk and there I waited at least 20 minutes. Something should be done urgently on the work ethic here.

Von Zwei Verkäuferinnen ist keine in der Lage (oder nicht gewillt?) eine Produkt Beratung zu machen sodass man als Kunde Vorort im Laden über Google Beschreibungen suchen muss. Auf gezielte Frage nach einem Produkt bekommt man inkompetente Antworten. Even 1 * is still too much. Neither of two saleswomen is able (or unwilling?) To give product advice so that the customer has to search for descriptions on site in the store using Google. You get incompetent answers to specific questions about a product.

Kylie Cosmetics Stand abgenudelt durcheinander und unhygienisch scheint offensichtlich egal zu sein. disinterested staff, prefer to talk to each other…. Kylie Cosmetics got messed up and unsanitary obviously doesn't seem to matter.
A	Andrea Spreizer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team ist ausgesprochen toll - trotz vieler Kunden und kaum Zeit zu verschnaufen haben sie sich Zeit genommen und mir ein wunderschönes Makeup gemacht. Ausgesprochen gute Beratung und sehr sehr nett war v.a. die asiatische Kollegin (leider hab ich mir den Namen nicht gemerkt). DANKE du warst meine letzte Hoffnung heute nachdem ich bei Der Konkurrenz weggeschickt wurde) und hast das ganz toll gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder wenn wir wieder in Linz sind ??? The team is extremely great - despite the many customers and hardly any time to breathe, they took their time and made me a wonderful makeup. The Asian colleague in particular was extremely good advice and very, very nice (unfortunately I didn't remember her name). THANK YOU, you were my last hope today after I was sent away from the competition) and you did a really great job. We would be happy to come back when we are in Linz ???
K	Kitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbeiterin hat mich angelogen über einen Nagellack. Ich habe extra einen teureren gekauft da sie mir bestätigt hat, das dieser in 2min trocknet und sehr pigmentiert ist was aber beides eine totale Lüge war. Der Nagellack trocknet in mindestens 10min und ist nicht so pigmentiert wie sie es gesagt hat. Ich fühle mich abgezockt weil sie mir gesagt hat, dass der Nagellack besser wäre als der günstige von Essence ich aber mehr als das doppelte bezahlt habe und der Nagellack sogar ein bisschen schlechter ist! Worker lied to me about nail polish. I bought a more expensive one because she confirmed that it dries in 2 minutes and is very pigmented, which was both a total lie. The nail polish dries in at least 10 minutes and is not as pigmented as she said it was. I feel ripped off because she told me that the nail polish was better than the cheap one from Essence but I paid more than double that and the nail polish is even a little bit worse!
