Eigentlich 5 Sterne aber dafür war am 16.02.2021 die ältere blonde Dame total genervt und unfreundlich. Ich habe sie nach einer Goldkette gefragt und sie sah mich an und meinte in herablassendem Ton, dass ich da sicher mit mind. 450€ rechnen müsse. Danach war sie aber zu inkompetent mir eine 50cm Kette zeigen. Ich musste sie ausbessern, da auf dem Schild aber 55cm stand, daraufhin sie:" Ja dann ist das eben eine 55cm Kette." Absolutes NoGo!!!! 02/15 2021: The young brown-haired lady was super loving and very competent and patient. Top! Actually 5 stars but on February 16, 2021 the older blonde lady was totally annoyed and unfriendly. I asked her about a gold chain and she looked at me and said in a condescending tone that I would have to reckon with at least 450 €. After that she was too incompetent to show me a 50cm chain. I had to mend it, but because the sign said 55cm, then it said: "Yes, that's a 55cm chain." Absolute NoGo !!!!
S	Stefan Kagerhuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualitativ problematisch (Nick von Hill Herrenuhr): Nach zwei Jahren und einem Monat fallen sämtliche aufgeklebten Elemente vom Uhrwerk. (siehe Bild) Nach Bitte um eine kulante Lösung (da ein Monat außerhalb der Gewährleistung bzw. Garantie) wurde dies abgelehnt und darauf hingewiesen, dass sowieso nur ein halbes Jahr die Reparatur übernommen wird – Rechtfertigung: Gewährleistungsbeweislast beim Käufer nach halben Jahr. Andere Hersteller (z.B. Fossil) sind hier durchaus kulanter (persönliche Erfahrung mit ähnlichem Fall). Große Enttäuschung – nie wieder Qualitatively problematic (Nick von Hill gents watch): After two years and one month, all adhered elements fall off the clockwork. (see picture) After request for a convenient solution (because one month out of warranty or guarantee) this was rejected and pointed out that anyway only half a year the repair is taken - justification: warranty burden on the buyer after half a year. Other manufacturers (for example Fossil) are more accommodating here (personal experience with a similar case). Big disappointment - never again
