Dasselbe Kleidungsstück gab es nicht mehr, eine Rückzahlung wurde mir verweigert, und der Kaufpreis lediglich als Gutschrift ausgehändigt. Diese ist jedoch nur bei LEVI's Retailern in Österreich gültig, und nicht im Online-Shop. Das halte ich für eine vollkommen unangebrachte Geschäftspraktik und es ist leider das beste Beispiel, weshalb viele Einzelhändler von Onlineshops in die Extiktion getrieben werden. Bei Rückgaberecht aus Kulanz, oder der Rückgabe mangelhafter Ware, wie es hier der Fall war, sollte der Kunde nie gezwungen sein als einzige Option eine Gutschrift zu erhalten. Shopped there a while ago and wanted to return the goods as they were damaged. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after buying it. The same item of clothing was no longer available, I was refused a refund and the purchase price was only given as a credit note. However, this is only valid at LEVI's retailers in Austria and not in the online shop. I consider this to be a completely inappropriate business practice and, unfortunately, it is the best example of why many retailers are being driven into extiction by online shops. In the case of a right of return out of goodwill, or the return of defective goods, as was the case here, the customer should never be forced to receive a credit note as the only option.
