Vor allem die Filialleiterin besticht durch Ihr Fachwissen, die sehr freundliche, sympathische und kompetente Beratung. Das Team ist sehr motiviert und freundlich. MANN fühlt sich sehr wohl und wird bestens beraten. ICH bin mit Sicherheit ein neuer Stammkunde.
Endlich wurde mir die Marke, deren Entstehungsgeschichte und die Rituale äußerst anschaulich dargestellt. Rituals ist anders und hebt sich vom sonstigen Kosmetikprodukten eindeutig ab. Vielen lieben Dank
 I am extremely enthusiastic about rituals and the rituals that go with them. Above all, the branch manager impresses with her specialist knowledge and the very friendly, personable and competent advice. The team is very motivated and friendly. MAN feels very comfortable and is given the best advice. I am definitely a new regular customer.
Finally, the brand, its history and the rituals were presented to me very clearly. Rituals is different and clearly stands out from other cosmetic products. Thank you so much

Man wird egal bei welcher Frequenz im Shop immer perfekt beraten und hat das Gefühl das die Damen ihren Job nicht nur lieben sondern auch leben! Ich komme immer mit mehr Dingen raus als ich geplant hatte weil ich mich einfach so super beraten fühle und die Begeisterung der Mitarbeiter in einen übergeht. Ich könnte mir kein schöneres Shoppingerlebnis vorstellen. Einfach Top!
I am thrilled every time! The employees are pure friendliness on two legs. Regardless of the frequency in the shop, you will always receive perfect advice and have the feeling that the ladies not only love their job but also live it! I always come out with more things than I had planned because I just feel so well advised and the enthusiasm of the employees merges into one. I couldn't imagine a nicer shopping experience. Simply great!

Bad customer service. The store manager should reconsider the way she treats customers. Will never visit the store again.

Kurz vor Weihnachten, ewigs lange Schlange vor dem Geschäft.
Eine Mitarbeiterin hat jede wartende Person angesprochen und gefragt man den genau weiss was man braucht, und hat die Produkte gebracht und man konnte sofort per Karte zahlen. Super freundlich und nett, und hat somit die wartenden Kundenzahl sehr reduziert...
Sehr freundlich und kompetent und trotz dem mega stress sehr kompetent.

An employee approached every person waiting and asked you who knew exactly what you needed, brought the products and you could pay immediately by card. Super friendly and nice, and has thus greatly reduced the number of waiting customers ...
