Die Firma ist nicht in der Lage einem simplen Kundenwunsch(Beratung und Besichtigung vor Ort) nachzukommen, stattdessen bekommt man irgendeinen Kostenvoranschlag ohne jeglicher Rücksprache über die Wünsche und Vorstellungen des Kunden. Eine etwas verärgerte Reaktion unsererseits, wird mit einem sehr unhöflichen und unprofessionellen mail dieser Firma beantwortet, sodass man nur empfehlen kann von dieser Firma Abstand zu nehmen. Unfortunately, there is no way for zero stars. The company is not able to meet a simple customer request (consultation and on-site visit), instead you get any cost estimate without any consultation on the wishes and expectations of the customer. A somewhat annoyed reaction on our part, is answered with a very rude and unprofessional mail from this company, so that one can only recommend to refrain from this company.

Einbau ist nach Terminvereinbarung problemlos verlaufen. Waren auch bei Terminfindung super kulant! Preis ist zwar höher angelegt, dafür bekommt man aber auch Qualität aus Österreich, war mir persönlich wichtig keinen China-Schrott zu kaufen. Fazit, empfehlenswert!
