M	Manuel W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider in meinem Fall keine gute Beratung und ein hohes Maß an Arroganz... (wurde beim zweiten Termin leider von der Chefin bedient)... eigentlich nur 1 Stern... Denn zweiten gibts aber da mir der Mitarbeiter beim ersten Termin sehr wohl helfen wollte und sich bemüht hat (leider aber das Produkt nicht hatte und mir zusicherte er hilft mir, bzw. Sie übernehmen die Verarbeitung wenn ich das Produkt besorge) Ich hab den Fehler gemacht den zweiten Besuch spontan zu machen, die Chefin hat nicht einmal darüber nachgedacht sich meiner Sache an zu nehmen... Zuerst: sie fragt nach, dann ohne nachfragen, nein geht nicht usw. Schade, wenn man wenigstens das Gefühl hätte es wird eine Lösung gesucht... Sehr gute Arbeitsqualität. Ich war sehr zufrieden. The floors were laid very well and the parquet floor was restored great. Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, nach der Montage bin ich ca. 2 tage danach vom Unternehmen angerufen worden, und nachgefragt ob alles passt. Erst nach meiner Zufriedenheit wurde mir die Rechnung per post zugeschickt. Und nicht so wie bei viele andere Unternehmen gleich sofort vor ort zur Kasse gebeten. Preis leistung TOP. Weiter so firma ZIEGER A company with a handshake ? quality. Great advice, great service, quick and clean installation, and everyone is super friendly. This company comes highly recommended. Nach 2 Monaten Wartezeit forderte sie mich in sehr arroganter Weise auf, die Rechnung zu begleichen. Erst auf meine Antwort hin, dass ich erst nach Fertigstellung der Arbeiten bereit bin zu bezahlen, wurde die Vörhänge den neuen Stangen angepasst. Nie wieder Zieger! Purchasing new curtain rods required rearranging the curtains. This was done wrong. The boss reacted very unfriendly to the complaint. After 2 months of waiting she asked me in a very arrogant way to pay the bill. The curtains were only adjusted to the new rods when I answered that I would not be willing to pay until the work was completed. Never again goats!
