Bei jedem bisherigen Versuch, Abends ein Taxi vom Bahnhof nach Hause zu bestellen, gab es keinen freien Taxis mehr, oder es wurde angegeben, dass der Dienst nur bis 22:00 Uhr betrieben werden würde (ohne jegliche Bemerkung im Web). Eine klassische Alte-Leute-Lösung, nur um die ländliche Jugend abends und nachts Laufen zu lassen. The most terrible taxi in Austria! Every previous attempt to order a taxi home from the train station in the evening no longer had any free taxis, or it was stated that the service would only be operated until 10:00 p.m. (without any notice on the web). A classic old people solution, just to let rural youth run in the evening and at night.
R	R. RMTS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Antrag" gestellt im Mai - bis heute keine Rückmeldung! 2x telefonisch meinerseits kontaktiert - Rückruf versprochen, leider hat er nie stattgefunden! Habe telefonisch um Stornierung ersucht - dies wurde zur Kenntnis genommen und aufgelegt! Vermutlich geht das Geschäft derart gut, dass man auf Menschen mit Handikap pfeift! "Application" made in May - no feedback to date! 2x contacted by phone on my part - call back promised, unfortunately it never took place! I asked for cancellation by phone - this was noted and hung up! The business is probably going so well that you don't care about people with disabilities!

Benutze Gustmobil sehr oft und bin rundum zufrieden mit dem kompletten Angebot. Immer wieder gerne wenn keine Öffis mehr fahren. Very good institution, cheap taxi rides, friendly staff on the phone, friendly drivers. Always available and driving until 11 p.m. Use Gustmobil very often and I am completely satisfied with the complete range. Always happy when there are no more public transport.

Egal ob per Mail: schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Per Telefon: sehr schnell durch gekommen und ein total freundlicher Herr der mir weiter geholfen hat. Die App: Super einfach und verständlich. Und dann noch ein Taxi Fahrer der total freundlich war. Alle pünktlich und super geklappt da macht es wirklich Freude und ich hoffe es wird gut genutzt damit es bei uns auch bleibt! We have been in the Marchfeld IST Mobil since 1.4.19 new. I have to say I'm excited! Price and Performance Top! No matter if by mail: fast and friendly answers. By phone: come through very quickly and a totally friendly man who has helped me further. The app: super easy and understandable. And then a taxi driver who was totally friendly. All on time and worked great there, it really gives pleasure and I hope it is well used so that it stays with us too!

Hat perfekt funktioniert, Fahrzeug war pünktlich, Fahrerin war sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne! I took the train from Graz to Groß St. Florian and booked a MOBIL Südwest trip using the app. It worked perfectly, the vehicle was on time, the driver was very nice. Always my pleasure!

Habe auch mit den Fahrern und der Telefonzentrale nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, alle sehr freundlich! Werde gerne immer wieder auf diesen Service zurückgreifen! I have driven in Leibnitz and in GU with ISTmobil several times now and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap alternative to a normal taxi. Have only had good experiences with the drivers and the switchboard, all very friendly! I would like to use this service again and again!
A	Andreas Utri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten zu fünft eine Fahrt zu einem Buschenschank im Ort unternehmen um den Buschenschank und das Taxiunternehmen im Ort bei Corona zu stärken und Regional die Betriebe zu unterstützen! Leider ist das GustMobil an so etwas nicht interessiert da die Flexibilität nicht gegeben ist. Schlechte Beratung und keine Hilfe für die Gemeinde Bewohner. Unmögliche Umwege müssten in Kauf genommen werden um ans Ziel zu erreichen ! Ich glaube, dass ist nicht der Sinn des GustMobiles !!!! The five of us wanted to take a trip to a local wine tavern in order to strengthen the local tavern and the taxi company in Corona and to support the local businesses! Unfortunately, the GustMobil is not interested in something like that because the flexibility is not given. Bad advice and no help to community residents. Impossible detours would have to be accepted in order to reach the goal! I think that is not the point of the GustMobile !!
M	Marina U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich.. Zuerst wird der Abholort falsch weitergeben. Wenn der Fahrer mich nicht kennen würde, hätte er mich nie gefunden. Dann schicken sie einen Bus zum zweiten Abholort. In diesen kann man als Rollstuhlfahrer nicht einsteigen. Und auf den Einwand, dass das nicht geht, wurde mir gesagt, die Fahrerin soll halt helfen. Ich habe die Notwendigkeit eines niedrigen Autos extra bei der Bestellung angegeben. Könnte man 0 Sterne vergeben würde ich das machen, denn * ist eigentlich zuviel. Die zwei weiteren Fahrten habe ich storniert. Incredible .. First the pickup location will pass on incorrectly. If the driver didn't know me, he would never have found me. Then they send a bus to the second pickup location. As a wheelchair user, you cannot enter this. And on the objection that this is not possible, I was told that the driver should just help. I specified the need for a low car when I placed my order. If you could give 0 stars, I would do that, because * is actually too much. I canceled the two other trips.
