Wurde nicht ausgenutzt und hat meine Jalousien ohne Bezahlung repariert. Zusätzlich wurde mir sehr freundlich erklärt wie ich es das nächste Mal selbst beheben kann. Nicht einmal Fahrtkosten wurden verrechnet. Hut ab sowas gibt es nur mehr selten. Very friendly, competent and extremely punctual. Always the best blind doctor. :) Apparently not much was broken with me. Has not been used and has fixed my blinds for free. In addition, I was given a very friendly explanation of how I can fix it myself the next time. Not even travel expenses were charged. Hats off something like that is rare.
