★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenigstens gibt es jetzt einen Lift. Aber der Umweg, wenn man von Richtung Norden oder Westen kommt, ist schon gewaltig. Ich finde, die Unterführung hätte man durchaus bis zur Raiffeisenstraße und unter der Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße verlängern können.
At least there is now a lift. But the detour, coming from the north or the west, is huge. I think the underpass could have been extended to Raiffeisenstrasse and under Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Zweit-Größte Bahnhof der Großstadt Graz. Er ist Station der Grazer Schnellbahn und der S-Bahn Steiermark. Fahrkartenautomat und Toilette sind vor Ort. Lift erleichtert den Weg zum Bahnsteig. Bahnsteig 1 wurde vor mehreren Jahren geschlossen.
The second largest train station in the city of Graz. It is the station of the Graz Schnellbahn and the S-Bahn Steiermark. Ticket machine and toilet are on site. Lift facilitates the way to the platform. Platform 1 was closed several years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Gebäude im alten Backstein ist wunderbar. Vom Ostbahnhof komm man in 5 min Fahrzeit zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. rüber zum Murpark. Sehr schade ist die Unbelebtheit des Gebäudes. Früher gab es hier noch zumindest eine Trafik und eine Bäckerei. Ist alles geschlossen. Viele Menschen nutzen den Bahnhof leider auch nicht mehr ..
The building in the old brick is wonderful. From the Ostbahnhof you can get to the main station in 5 minutes or over to Murpark. It is a shame that the building is not busy. There used to be at least a tobacco shop and a bakery here. Everything is closed. Unfortunately, many people no longer use the station either.
