Das nenne ich wirklich ausgezeichneten Kundenservice. Hier wird nicht nur verkauft sondern sich auch nach dem Verkauf um den Kunden gekümmert. After a massive technical defect on my e-bike, Herbert Wurm got me a first-class spare bike in a very gracious manner in a very short time and took care of the damage at the manufacturer. I call that really excellent customer service. Here, not only is the sale made, but the customer is also looked after after the sale.

Das E-Bike hat aber leider schon nach nach 1 Woche den Geist aufgegeben und der Laden wollte es weder zurück nehmen noch den Schaden über die Garantie reparieren. Jetzt bleibe ich auf einem Schaden von fast 2000€ sitzen. Bought an e-bike there 3 months ago. Unfortunately, the e-bike gave up the ghost after just 1 week and the shop didn't want to take it back or repair the damage under the guarantee. Now I'm stuck with a damage of almost 2000 €.

Wurde vom Chef nicht repariert musste ich selber bezahlen. Took my bike for service, a clumsy little gentleman named Herbert sat on it and as a reaction to this overload both tires promptly burst. If the boss didn't fix it, I had to pay for it myself.
