D	D D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe in letzter Zeit mehr bei DiTech in Völs gekauft allerdings war die Beratung heute total miserabel wenn man das überhaupt Beratung nennen kann oder einfach schnelle Abfertigung und Fragen zu Produkten bewusst ignorieren.Naja nächstesmal geht es zu e-tec das ist klar. I have recently bought more from DiTech in Völs, but the advice today was totally miserable if you can even call it advice or simply ignore quick processing and questions about products. Well, next time it goes to e-tec, that's clear.

Ich habe ein Handy mit Versicherung gekauft und als ich es zur Reparatur bringen wollte hieß es "dass es kein Leihhändy gibt , ich würde es wohl 5 Wochen ohne Handy aushalten", bekam ich vom Verkäufer gesagt!!! Beim Kauf wurde mir aber nicht mitgeteilt dass es kein Leihhändy gibt!!! Cheeky seller !!! I bought a cell phone with insurance and when I wanted to bring it to the repair it said "that there is no loaner, I would probably endure it for 5 weeks without a cell phone," I got told by the seller !!! When buying me but was not informed that there is no loaner !!!
