★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'VE ALWAYS HAD PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCES IN DIOR STORES, WITH YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNTIL RECENTLY I MET A SALES ASSISTANT IN THE DIOR VIENNA STORE WHO PROVIDED POOR SERVICE.
SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. FOR EXAMPLE, SHE IGNORED MY QUESTIONS; SHE OPENED THE DOOR TO THE FITTING ROOM WHILE I WAS CHANGING WITHOUT ASKING MY PERMISSION; SHE WAS ON HER PHONE MOST OF THE TIME WHILE ASSISTING ME; SHE GOSSIPED WITH OTHER SALES ASSISTANTS, ETC. IN SUM, I FELT SHE DID EVERYTHING BUT OFFER ME HELP WHILE I WAS IN THE DIOR STORE.
I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO ENJOYING SHOPPING AT DIOR, BUT THAT SALESPERSON RUINED MY GOOD MOOD, AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DIOR'S QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT DIOR TRAIN THE SALES ASSISTANT TO BECOME MORE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE IN HELPING CUSTOMERS. SHE DID NOT OFFER HER NAME, BUT SHE ASSISTED ME IN CHINESE. IT WAS THE DIOR VIENNA LOCATION, AND THE TIME WAS 3:30PM ON AUG 10TH.
AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER, I HAVE GREATLY ENJOYED PATRONIZING YOUR BRAND AND SHOPPING WITH YOUR PROFESSIONALS. THIS RECENT EXPERIENCE HAS DISAPPOINTED ME AND LOWERED MY EXPECTATIONS, HOWEVER. I HAVE HAD POSITIVE EXPERIENCES SHOPPING AT DIOR AND HOPE TO RECEIVE SIMILAR TREATMENT AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Dior Store I have ever visited. Arrogant personnel starting from door man who’s demanding to put bags from LV on dirty floor near entrance — on the question are they taking responsibility for jewelry bought in LV he said “no, you leave bags or you don’t enter”!
Never experienced such ugly attitude in Dior stores. You are ruining your brand, sales and the whole attitude towards luxury segment.

Should really improve the sale personel.
The sale lady was on her phone the whole time and made us feel as if we were waisting her precious time.
However, the doorman was really nice and
the interior is amazing.
I will recommend to visit and shop, but please denounce it when the service is bad,
Maybe we were not lucky on the lady assigned to us
