Best Clothing store in austria

V	Veronika Kerekesova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classy nice and fancy shop situated in the middle of Vienna with very good prices. Some members of the stuff were very friendly and helpful but some very ignorant and rude as it was 35min before the closing. The pricetags were exchanged and than it was surprise by the check out desk. We noticed some other people having the same problem with exchanged price tags.

I bought a jacket for 149 euros and wasn’t happy with it at all (the linen material looked as if used) so I went to get a refund, only to be rudely denied one. Not only they refused to give my money back but they told me I wore it and “it would be unfair to other customers.” I have never experienced such unfair treatment and have no idea what to do next.
D	Derek Armstrong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy picking up European cut suits here. This particular location was very kind to us, offering a return and exchange at closing time even the it was a complex transaction. It would have been five stars if I didn't have to do so much convincing.
T	Toni Zalud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are kind and helpful, some - give you the feeling they're doing you a great service to check and see if your size is available, which, if you are a 34, they nearly always have to get from their "stock." For an Italian line, their size selection is awfully large-oriented. However, they have nice things and the prices are not 1st-district-outrageous. There is a larger selection of items on their website.

They always have a bunch of sizes in stock which can be a problem at other stores. The fitting rooms are clean and the store is very organized. In general the products are a good value for money.
