I have visited Mohilla because i have been told that it is “THE” cigarshop of Vienna....It could not be more far from the truth!
And the problem is unusual.
If you walk into most of the cigarshop around the world apart from the sniffy behavior they do one thing perfectly at least keeping the cigars in good condition ( u expect tobacconist right ? )
This time the member of staff was sort of kind but when he took me to the walk in humidor i was shocked of the amount and variaty of molded Cigars even the pieces exhibited in the front of the boxes it is very unprofessional !!
Not blaming the person i was served by but his knowledge was little in the meantime I understand that if the management is not expecting them to improve their skill’s they just won’t :(
And as a final touch they didn’t give any humi-pack’s for the cigars i have purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been today, staff is kind, knowledgeable and does not hurry you out. Had a really great time. Choice is good and prices in line with the rest of Europe (maybe a little higher but I'm not sure, and anyhow this is enforced by the state monopoly and not the shop), humidor is well kept and cigars are kept to top conditions. Happy note also the Toscano cigars are properly humidified. Will come back for sure!
