Alle sehr freundlich. Bin wirklich dankbar! Many thanks to the whole team. E	E. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeit bei Terminvergabe. Rezeption einigermaßen freundlich. Trotz Termin sehr lange Wartezeit. Die Untersuchung dauerte max.drei bis fünf Minuten. Kommunikation mit dem Arzt so gut wie null, gesamt wurden max. drei Sätze gesprochen. Er war lustlos, er sprach nichts, erklärte nichts und gab mir keine Information vom Ergebnis der " Untersuchung", er verwies nur auf den schriftlichen Befund. Auf diesen habe ich dann 45 Minuten warten müssen. In dem überfüllten Warteraum gibt es keine Anzeigetafeln, sodass die Mitarbeiter ständig die Patienten namentlich aufrufen. Ausrufen trifft hier wirklich zu, denn es ist tlw. ein lautes Schreien, was bei so langer Wartezeit mit dieser Lautstärke total nervt. Ich war über die Führung der Ordination sehr enttäuscht und für mich gilt nie wieder. Danach war ich im Med22 zur gleichen Untersuchung und habe dabei ganz genau das Gegenteil erlebt. Schnell, kompetent und nett. So einfach kann es sein. Sehr zu empfehlen. Long waiting times when making appointments. Reception reasonably friendly. Very long waiting time despite the appointment. The examination lasted a maximum of three to five minutes. Communication with the doctor almost zero, a total of max. spoken three sentences. He was listless, he said nothing, did not explain anything and did not give me any information about the result of the "investigation", he only referred to the written findings. I had to wait 45 minutes for this. There are no scoreboards in the crowded waiting room, so the staff constantly calls the patients by name. Calling out really applies here, because it is sometimes a loud scream, which is so annoying with this volume with such a long waiting time. I was very disappointed with the management of the ordination and it never applies to me again. After that I went to Med22 for the same examination and experienced the opposite. Fast, competent and nice. That's how easy it can be. We recommend.

Von den Damen im Vorzimmer glaubt manche besser zu sein als der Chef, aber das ist heute in vielen Ordinatìon so. Sie werden es schon billiger geben. Schade, hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben . Got with Dr. Alth only good professional experiences. Some of the ladies in the anteroom think they are better than the boss, but this is the case in many ordinatìons today. They'll be cheaper. Too bad, would like to have given 5 stars.
I	Iris Kral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ungeduldiger,stressiger Arzt! Hatte ein MRT.Leider bekam ich in der Röhre eine Panikattacke! Peinlich! Der Arzt zitierte mich in die Umkleide. Ich redete kurz mit Assist. und da schrie er, dass ich Umkleide verlassen und gehen soll. Was? So impatient, stressful doctor! Had an MRI. Unfortunately I got a panic attack in the tube! Embarrassing! The doctor quoted me in the locker room. I talked to Assist for a moment, and he yelled that I should leave the locker room and go. What?
R	Rabia Küçük on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesmal waren alle sehr freundlich! Für Mammographie benötigt man einen Termin. Da ich einen bestimmten Tag wollte, rief ich eine Woche vorher an, kein Problem! Das tolle daran war aber, dass es total schmerzlos war! ? Für Gelenkröntgen benötigt man keinen Termin! Die Bilder bekommt man sofort mit - Hammer Service! Teilweise bekommt man ja bei manchen Röntgenärzten gar keine Bilder mehr, was mein Arzt, der sich selbst einen Reim machen will, und ich total blöd finden. Den Befund bekommt man per Mail oder man holt ihn sich am nächsten Werktag ab 16.00 Uhr ab! Sehr empfehlenswert das Institut! ? This time everyone was very friendly! ABER, Terminanfragen (drei an der Zahl) wurden prinzipiell damit abgewiegelt, dass der Kalender für MR Termine (erste Anfrage 1. Märzwoche) für April 2022 noch nicht offen/verfügbar ist. Man möge bitte in einer Woche nochmals anrufen. Selbiges wiederholt sich eine Woche später! Die restliche Erfahrung zur Terminvereinbarungen erspare ich der Öffentlichkeit. Für eine zeitnahe Abklärung einer ernsthaften Erkrankung höchst ungeeignet! With all understanding that MR appointments are not possible at once and now! BUT, appointment requests (three in number) were in principle dismissed with the fact that the calendar for MR appointments (first request 1st week of March) for April 2022 is not yet open/available. Please call again in a week. The same is repeated a week later! I'll spare the public the rest of the experience of making appointments. Highly unsuitable for a timely clarification of a serious illness!
