Erstens würde ich nicht mal reingelassen, zweitens habe ich oben bei der Türe geläutert und geklopft und Patienten haben es sogar gehört aber mir wurde nicht aufgemacht. Troz Terminvereinbarung! Katastrophe Actually, I don't want to give a star at all. Bottomless cheek! Had an appointment at H&O artz at 5 p.m. Firstly, I wouldn't even let them in, secondly, I was pounding and knocking at the top of the door and patients even heard it, but I wasn't opened. Troz make an appointment! catastrophe

Ihre Assistentin oder Junior Doktor war auch sehr nett. 3 Punkte aus dem Grund weil ich so eine unfreundliche schlecht gelaunte Rezeptionistin schon lange nicht mehr gesehen habe. Die Dame mit den kurzen Haaren, sag ich nur weil 2 dort sind. Kein Lächeln hat sie über die Lippen gebracht, kein freundliches Wort. Sie hat es uns übel genommen dass wir ohne Termin gekommen sind, aber mein kind ging es nicht gut und ich wollte mal sehen ob die Ärztin ihn sehen kann. Gleich abgeschnautz ohne ein Hallo oder irgendwas. Sie sind so eine gute Ärztin und es ist wirklich schade dass Sie so jemanden unfreundlichen an der Rezeption sitzen haben. Die Patienten kommen zu Ihnen weil es Ihnen nicht gut geht und wenn man dann noch obendrein so begrüsst wird... Dr Weissenbach was great, very interested and gave me and my child excellent advice. Your assistant or junior doctor was also very nice. 3 points because I haven't seen such an unfriendly, bad-tempered receptionist for a long time. The lady with the short hair, I only say because there are 2 there. She never smiled or said a friendly word. She resented us that we came without an appointment, but my child was not doing well and I wanted to see if the doctor could see him. Just worn out without a hello or anything. You are such a good doctor and it is a real shame that you have such an unfriendly person at the reception desk. War schon öfters bei Ihr Dank Ihrer tollen Assistentinen bekommt man mit Schnerzen schnell einen Termin auch sue haben viel Verständnis und ein offenes Ohr für den Patienten! Sie ist auf das Anliegen fokussiert, hat ein offenes Ohr und Sensorium für differenzierte Aspekte der Erkrankung und der Beschwerden. Ich weiß mich gut aufgehoben und verlasse mich auf ihr Urteil. Damit bin ich bisher gut gefahren. 2-3 people are waiting in the waiting room. The doctor is technically top, competent, appreciative. She is focused on the issue, has an open ear and senses for differentiated aspects of the disease and the complaints. I know that I am in good hands and rely on your judgment. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter whether you make an appointment or not, you wait even if you have one. But the doctor herself is a luminary in her field.
