K	Kerstin Hartmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fühle mich in der Hautarztpraxis von Dr. Kainz sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Wartezeit war sehr kurz und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich sowie bemüht. Dr. Kainz selbst arbeitet sehr effizient und ist sehr bemüht seinen Patienten die bestmögliche Behandlung zu ermöglichen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung. I feel at home in Dr. Kainz is in very good hands. The waiting time was very short and the staff are very friendly and tried hard. Dr. Kainz himself works very efficiently and tries very hard to give his patients the best possible treatment. Thank you for the great support.

Habe von meinem Hausarzt eine Überweisung bekommen da ich wahnsinnige Schmerzen habe und nicht mal mehr gehen konnte rief ich dorthin an mit der Bitte um einen Termin da es akut ist.. Was mir da am Telefon gesagt wurde ist mehr als nur ein schlechter Scherz… Zitat: Der Herr Doktor ist leider nicht da und wir haben eine Vertretung und müssen selber schauen das wir alle Termine unterbringen wir haben keinen Termin für sie und bitte wenden sie sich an einen anderen Arzt!!!! Das ich nicht sofort dran komme war mir schon klar aber das ich komplett abgelehnt wurde und mir nicht mal im geringsten ein Termin vorgeschlagen wurde sehr sehr traurig.. Jetzt sind mir die "positiven" Rezessionen hier klar!! Werde ich nicht im geringsten weiterempfehlen Pure Katastrophe It is not even worth 1 star! I got a referral from my family doctor because I am in tremendous pain and could not even walk, so I called them to ask for an appointment because it is acute. What I was told on the phone is more than just a bad joke ... Quote: The doctor is unfortunately not there and we have a substitute and have to see for ourselves that we can accommodate all appointments, we don't have an appointment for you and please contact another doctor !!!! It was clear to me that I wouldn't get it right away, but that I was completely rejected and not even the slightest suggestion of an appointment was very, very sad. Now the "positive" recessions here are clear to me !! I will not recommend in the slightest Pure disaster
C	C H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gehe inzwischen seit sicher 20 Jahren zu Dr Kainz und er und sein Team sind immer freundlich und ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben. Mir wurde auch immer geholfen und ich habe jedesmal ein gutes Gefühl. Ich hatte auch schon leider den Fall, dass ich dringend einen Termin brauchte und dies war nie ein Problem, wenn ich mein Anliegen erklärt habe. Klar, ab und zu dauert es mal länger, aber im großen und ganzen ist die Wartezeit ok. Frau Haubenwallner ist für mich die perfekte erste Anlaufstelle, da sie einen super Job macht und man beim Reinkommen schon nicht mehr ganz so nervös ist. I have been going to Dr Kainz for 20 years now and he and his team are always friendly and I feel that I am in good hands. I was always helped and I always have a good feeling. Unfortunately, I also had the case that I urgently needed an appointment and this was never a problem once I explained my concern. Sure, it sometimes takes longer, but on the whole the waiting time is ok. Ms. Haubenwallner is the perfect first point of contact for me, because she does a great job and you are not quite as nervous when you come in.

Gerade im Hautbereich ist er eine Koryphäe! dr Kainz is a very competent doctor, I have always been received and treated in a very friendly manner. Especially in the skin area he is a luminary!
i	iee “acko” eei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empathie ist in dieser Praxis ein Fremdwort! Hatte beim Hr. Kainz einige Termine und jedes Mal schien es das er einfach genervt ist. Auf Fragen geht er meist gar nicht ein. Für mich hat er seinen Beruf verfehlt. Empathy is a foreign word in this practice! Had Mr. Kainz made a few appointments and every time it seemed that he was just annoyed. He usually doesn't answer questions at all. For me he missed his job.

Anmeldung ging immer schnell und unfreundlich war zu mir noch niemand!! Wartezeiten für Termine nicht tragisch (ca. 2-3 Monate - für mich nicht schlimm) Waiting time in the ordination ? I am very satisfied with the treatment and the success, cannot say anything negative! Registration was always fast and nobody was unfriendly to me! Waiting times for appointments are not tragic (approx. 2-3 months - not bad for me)

Klare Empfehlung! Appointment booked via the website, I got there on time. Fast examination, no long speeches, uncomplicated, competent doctor, nice receptionist! Clear recommendation!

Auch die Wartezeit war völlig in Ordnung und die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang total freundlich. Ich würde die Praxis auf jeden Fall wieder aufsuchen! I was very satisfied with the treatment! Dr. Kainz was very nice and took enough time for my concerns! The waiting time was also perfectly fine and the receptionist was very friendly. I would definitely visit the practice again!
