Terminvergabe verlief auch reibungslos, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Great center - the treatments are very accurate and personal. You take your time, even when you have questions you approach everything very calmly. Appointments were also made smoothly, I am very satisfied.

R	RolandsInfothek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dass Unternehmen verweigerte einem COPD Patienten plötzlich die Behandlung. Mehrere male gab es überhaupt kein Problem, doch plötzlich gab es 2 Personen, die die Behandlung verhinderten und wollten, dass ich bei der Therapie eine Maske auf habe. Jetzt kommt es, ich sollte unter der Maske Atemübungen machen. Dies ist eindeutig Diskriminierung. Dass Schreiben des Unternehmens kam Tags drauf, dass sie sich an die Vorschriften halten müssen. Nachdem ich beim Bundesministerium für Gesundheit angerufen hatte und zudem bei der steirischen Gebietskrankenkasse, war komplettes Unverständnis da, weil es diesbezüglich überhaupt keine Anordnungen gab und sie es selber nicht verstanden. Da eine Behandlung unter diesen Bedingungen kontraproduktiv sind und man einem Menschen nicht zu einem Luftentzug zwingen kann, haben mir selbst die GKK eine Behandlung in ihrem Haus angeboten. Ansonsten hatte ich mich absolut an die Maskenpflicht gehalten, obwohl ich eine Befreiung habe. Dies war denen völlig egal. Sie haben völlig abgeblockt. Keine Ahnung, was plötzlich in diese Frauen gefahren ist. Hätte ich das vorher alles gewußt, bzw wäre dies schon bei der ersten Behandlung passiert, hätte ich dies gleich am Anfang abgebrochen. Ich muss jetzt mit Schmerzen weiter leben, bis ich einen Termin bei der GKK oder anderen bekomme. In dieser Zeit sehr schwierig. Unglaublich, ich kann es einfach noch nicht fassen. Wie können plötzlich 2 Angestellte so eine Macht oder Druck ausüben. Mittlerweile schütteln schon hunderte den Kopf The company suddenly refused treatment to a COPD patient. Now it comes, I should do breathing exercises under the mask. This is clearly discrimination. That letter from the company suggested that they had to abide by the regulations. After I called the Federal Ministry of Health and also the Styrian regional health insurance fund, there was a complete lack of understanding because there were no orders at all in this regard and they did not understand it themselves. Since treatment under these conditions is counterproductive and you cannot force a person to withdraw their breath, the GKK even offered me treatment in their house. Otherwise, I had absolutely adhered to the mask requirement, even though I have an exemption. They didn't care at all. They completely blocked. I have no idea what suddenly got into these women. If I had known all of this beforehand, or if this had already happened during the first treatment, I would have stopped at the beginning. Now I have to live with pain until I get an appointment with the GKK or another. Very difficult at this time. Incredible, I just can't believe it yet. How can two employees suddenly exercise such power or pressure. Hundreds of people are shaking their heads

Angefangen bei den Therapeuten bis zu den Mitarbeitern der Verwaltung fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Immer wieder gehen sie auf meine persönlichen Wünsche ein. Danke an alle. I have been with the institute for over 6 months and I am well looked after. From the therapists to the administrative staff, I feel that I am in very good hands. Again and again they respond to my personal wishes. Thanks to all.

Also ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen . Auch bei der Annahme sind die Damen sehr nett und entgegenkommend; ich hatte 1 mal die Termine verwechselt war um eineinhalb Stunden zu früh drann . Die Dame bei der Annahme hat sich so mühe gegeben das ich doch nicht zu lang warten musste . Und das mit der Maske ist überhaupt kein Problem , ich bekomme auch mit Übungen Luft ? Nochmals ein grosses Lob ? Great physio center, great team, great therapists. Had problems in my neck for 2 years. You have helped me a lot. So I can't say anything bad. The ladies are also very nice and accommodating when it comes to acceptance; I had mixed up the appointments once and was an hour and a half early. The lady at the reception tried so hard that I didn't have to wait too long. And that with the mask is not a problem at all, I also get air with exercises ? Again, big praise ?

U	Ursula Pratnecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich gebe nur einen Stern, da die Terminvergabe eine Katastophe ist- es werden Termine einfach verschoben oder abgesagt, ohne dass man informiert wird. Ich habe die restliche Therapie in diesem Institut nun storniert, da man dort behandelt wird wie ein Bittsteller- obwohl man darum gebeten hat, dass man mich anruft, wenn sich etwas ändert. Die Therapeuten sprechen zum Teil nicht ausreichend Deutsch und behelfen sich mit Händen und Füßen. Mich sieht dieses Institut nie wieder. I only give one star because the appointment allocation is a disaster - appointments are simply postponed or canceled without being informed. I have now canceled the rest of the therapy in this institute because you are treated like a supplicant there - although you have asked to call me if something changes. Some of the therapists don't speak German enough and use their hands and feet. This institute will never see me again.
