p	petzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ äußerst unfreundliche Person am Telefon man sollte sich fast entschuldigen überhaupt während der Öffnungszeiten dort anzurufen.Zum Dr kann ich nichts sagen da mir ein Termin ja verwehrt wurde. Wenn die Dame am Telefon überfordert ist sollte sie sich einen anderen Job am besten OHNE Kundenkontakt suchen.Aber viell liegts ja daran dass ich Kassenpatientin bin. extremely unfriendly person on the phone you should almost apologize during the opening hours there call. To Dr I can not say anything because I was denied a date yes. If the lady on the phone is overwhelmed, she should look for another job s.besten WITHOUT customer contact. But maybe it's because I'm a cash patient.
M	Michaela Wernbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Oktober wurden einige Pigmentflecken im Gesicht entfernt und dies war wirklich sensationell. Im März sollte der Rest entfernt werden und dies war desaströs. Ich bin der Meinung wenn man die e-Card gesteckt wird und man eine Behandlung hat, für die man extra bezahlt und dann noch 2 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen muss / doch etwas heftig. € 240 für die Entfernung der Pigmentflecken ist nicht teuer aber beim 2. x hätte ich 5 Wochen rote Flecken und mein Mann hatte sich am Hals einige Blutknötchen entfernen lassen - Resultat nicht zufrieden. Sicherlich ein guter Arzt aber völlig überlastet - In October some facial pigment spots were removed and this was really sensational. In March the rest should be removed and this was disastrous. I am of the opinion that if the e-card is inserted and you have a treatment for which you have to pay extra and then have to put up with a 2 1/2 hour waiting time / something a bit violent. € 240 for the removal of the pigment spots is not expensive but with the 2nd x I would have had red spots for 5 weeks and my husband had some blood nodules removed from the neck - result not satisfied. Certainly a good doctor but completely overloaded -
E	Ella Hodzic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Kneifel hat mehr für meine Haut getan als jeder andere Hautarzt zuvor (und ich war bei sehr vielen verschiedenen.) Nur Dr. Kneifel wusste mein Problem zu lösen und brachte beachtliche Besserung. Aufgrund der langen Wartezeiten 4 Sterne statt sonst 5. Dr. Kneifel has done more for my skin than any other dermatologist before (and I have been to many different ones.) Only Dr. Kneifel knew how to solve my problem and brought about considerable improvement. Due to the long waiting times 4 stars instead of 5.

Die sind zwar nicht angenehm, aber man kann sich mittlerweile schon darauf einstellen, dass man kaum wo ohne Wartezeiten dran kommt. Aber dafür können der Arzt und sein Team in der Regel nichts. Und jeder / jede will, dass sich der Arzt und sein Team bestmöglich um den Patienten / die Patientin kümmern. Bei mir war das der Fall! Deshalb gerne 5 Sterne. Because here again some express themselves because of the long waiting times. They are not pleasant, but you can already expect that you can hardly get anywhere without waiting. But the doctor and his team usually can't do anything about it. And everyone wants the doctor and his team to take care of the patient in the best possible way. That was the case with me! Therefore 5 stars.
A	Andrea Kasper - SoSein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden, da Hr. Dr. Kneifel sehr bemüht ist und er mein vollstes Vertrauen hat. Auch seine Assistentinnen versuchen trotz der hohen Anzahl an Patienten immer einen Termin zu arrangieren. Natürlich kommt es oft zu Wartezeiten, aber die nehme ich gerne in Kauf. I am very satisfied, as Mr. Dr. Kneifel is very hard-working and he has my complete confidence. Even his assistants always try to arrange an appointment despite the high number of patients. Of course there are often waiting times, but I gladly accept them.
L	Lena Bach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte um 16 Uhr einen Termin, als ich um 17:30 Uhr noch immer nicht aufgerufen worden bin, bin ich gegangen. Es wurden Patienten die nach mir gekommen sind, früher aufgerufen. Ich habe den Termin schon im Februar gemacht (Termin erst im Juli bekommen!) und dann muss ich wieder stundenlang warten?! Das ist eine Frechheit! Über den Herrn Dr. kann ich leider nichts sagen aber das mit der Terminvergabe sollte geändert werden. Man kann nicht 10 Patienten innerhalb von einer Stunde einen Termin geben! An die Ordinationszeiten halten sie sich auch nicht. I had an appointment at 4pm, when I was still not called at 5:30 pm, I left. Patients who came after me were called earlier. I have made the appointment in February (date only get in July!) And then I have to wait for hours again? That's a joke! About the Dr. Unfortunately, I can not say anything but the appointment should be changed. You can not give 10 patients an appointment within an hour! They also do not stick to the ordination times.

Es handelt sich hier um einen Arzt und seine Angestellten, die Ihre Berufung gefunden haben. Man fühlt sich hier als Mensch, dessen Probleme, Ängste und Sorgen wahrgenommen, erklärt und Lösungen gefunden werden. Auch wenn es immer wieder, trotz Termin, zu Wartezeiten kommt. Für die Behandlung durch Herrn Dr. Kneifel würde ich auch 3 Stunden warten. Einfach ein Buch mitnehmen :) . Danke! Fazit - perfekt! Weiter so!! I have been here again and again for control and treatment for about two years now. This is a doctor and his employees who have found your calling. Here you feel like a person whose problems, fears and worries are perceived, explained and solutions found. Even if there are waiting times despite the appointment. For treatment by Dr. Kneifel I would also wait 3 hours. Just take a book with you :). Thank you! Conclusion - perfect! Keep it up!!

Viele Leute die nach mir gekommen sind wurden vorher aufgerufen. Der Arzt wirkte auch eher desinteressiert und hat mich nicht einmal mit einem seiner Geräte untersucht sondern nur einen Blick drauf geworfen und sofort 2 Zettel verschrieben... I am not satisfied, had to wait over 2 hours for less than 3 minutes of treatment despite the appointment. Many people who came after me were called up beforehand. The doctor also seemed rather uninterested and didn't even examine me with one of his devices but just looked at it and immediately prescribed 2 pieces of paper ...
