H	Hans-Karl Smode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Schaut sehr genau bei der Muttermalvorsorge, ist äußerst nett und die Muttermalentfernung merkt man nicht einmal. Kann die negativen Kritiken nicht teilen. Ergänzung: War schon mehrmals in Behandlung (zuletzt 22.4.2021), bin immer mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Die Ärztin ist freundlich und auch sehr einfühlssam und die Behandlung wie immer top. Besonders möchte ich den Service hervorheben. Habe nach einen besorgten Anruf meinerseits schnellstens einen Termin erhalten. I am really very satisfied. Look very carefully at the birthmark check, is extremely nice and you don't even notice the removal of the birthmark. Cannot share the negative reviews. Addition: Has already been treated several times (last April 22nd, 2021), I was always more than satisfied. The doctor is friendly and also very empathetic and, as always, the treatment is top-notch. I would especially like to highlight the service. I got an appointment as soon as possible after a worried call on my part.

Trotz Termin um 6:50 ( extra am Telefon erwähnt dass ich danach zur Arbeit muss, deshalb frühestens möglichen Termin!) kam ich erst um 7:25 (!!!) dran. Danach heiße 3 Minuten Gespräch, Salben verschrieben bekommen und nun seit zwei Wochen die ärgsten allergischen Reaktionen und Hauptprobleme die ich jemals hatte. Telefonische Auskunft Fehlanzeige. War nun schon mein 2. Versuch in dieser Praxis. Leider 2 mal zu viel. Sehr geehrte Frau Dr., Nein, ich war weder ungehalten, noch unhöflich und nebenbei- ich bin eine Frau, kein Mann. Ihre Empörung gilt also einem anderen Patienten. Abgesehen davon gab es an diesem Tag (obwohl es 4 Jahre her ist, erinnere ich mich noch daran) keinen Notfall. Es wurde aus dem Behandlungszimmer raus gelacht u von einem Zwischenfall, wie von Ihnen genannt, habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Ich habe lediglich einmal bei der Dame am Empfang nachgefragt - freundlich, versteht sich- ob es denn noch sehr lange dauern würde. Sie hatte keine Antwort für mich. Soviel dazu. Unfortunately not to be recommended. Despite the appointment at 6:50 am (mentioned on the phone that I have to go to work afterwards, therefore the earliest possible appointment!) I only got it at 7:25 (!!!). After that, a hot 3 minute conversation, ointments prescribed and now for two weeks the worst allergic reactions and main problems I have ever had. Telephone information is not available. It was my 2nd attempt in this practice. Unfortunately 2 times too much. Dear Ms. Dr., No, I was neither angry nor rude and by the way - I am a woman, not a man. So your outrage is with another patient. Other than that, there was no emergency that day (although it was 4 years ago, I still remember it). There was laughter out of the treatment room and I did not hear anything about an incident, as you mentioned. I only asked the lady at reception once - friendly, of course - whether it would take a long time. She didn't have an answer for me. So much for that.

Die Sekretärin im Wartebereich fiel mit ihrer Freundlichkeit auf. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben! My experiences are very positive: the doctor took her time, examined everything carefully, was friendly and competent. The secretary in the waiting area was noticed with her friendliness. I felt in good hands!

Kann die negativen Beschwerden anderer hier also nicht nachvollziehen. Perfect scheduling and time management. Exemplary care and a very friendly doctor - whether control or treatment, everything is great. So I can't understand the negative complaints of others here.

Ein großes Lob für ihre unermüdliche Freundlichkeit im Bemühen, doch noch einen Termin zu finden, auch, wenn der Terminplan übervoll ist, und für ihren Humor, wenn nach dem geschätzt 145. Anruf am Tag: "Ja, wieso hebt denn da nie wer ab?" aus dem Hörer schallt! 5 stars for the great long-term assistants of this ordination! Kudos for their tireless friendliness in trying to find an appointment after all, even when the schedule is overcrowded, and for their humor, when after the estimated 145th call a day: "Yes, why does anyone never answer ? " echoes from the receiver!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ordination, sehr gute Terminkoordinierung deswegen hatten wir auch keine Wartezeit. Muttermalkontrolle inkl. schmerzlosem Entfernen durch Frau Dr. Woltsche-Kahr sehr gründlich und unter Wohlfühlatmosphäre erledigt. Great very friendly team! We felt very comfortable (were 3 people). Very nice, well-kept ordination, very good appointment coordination, that's why we didn't have to wait. Birthmark control including painless removal by Dr. Woltsche-Kahr done very thoroughly and in a feel-good atmosphere.

Ich kann diese Hautärztin nur weiterempfehlen da passt alles perfekt, ich bin total begeistert vielen dank !!! Ich kann die anderen Bewertungen nicht teilen das ich lange warten musste, kam immer sofort dran musste nie lange warten, alles top !!! I am so glad that I found such a friendly, nice dermatologist, she is very empathetic and you feel that you are in very good hands with the doctor who does her job perfectly and the assistants are also very competent and totally friendly and very professional ? ? ?! I can only recommend this dermatologist because everything fits perfectly, I'm totally thrilled, thank you very much!!! I can't share the other reviews that I had to wait a long time, it was always my turn immediately, never had to wait long, everything was great!

Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen äußerst freundlich und nett, kurze Wartezeit, angenehme Ordinationsräume. Da ich bei meinem bisherigen Hautarzt trotz Termin immer bis zu 2h wartete und teilweise nach 5 min abgefertigt wurde, wird diese Ärztin dauerhaft meine neue Hautärztin sein. Die Ordination ist auch mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr unkompliziert erreichbar. Very nice, personable doctor who took a detailed anamnesis and clarified all possible factors. The employees are also extremely friendly and nice, short waiting times, pleasant ordination rooms. Since I always waited up to 2 hours at my previous dermatologist despite an appointment and was sometimes dispatched after 5 minutes, this doctor will be my new dermatologist permanently. The ordination can also be easily reached by car or public transport.
