We waited more than 45 minutes before we could order then waited another 30 minutes for the food. What a waist of ski holiday

Service took really long: 40 mins for first round of drinks, 30 mins for second round of drinks. Staff wasn’t friendly. Prices seem to have gone up rapidly (4.80 for 0.3l beer).
Have gone there a second time - round of beers took 25 mins. At least some improvement but still takes VERY long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there. The staff is super unfriendly and service takes too long. The worst was that the waitress did a mistake and charged us 3 cokes more than we ordered (one coke costs 7 Euros, so not that cheep). As I complained about this I was told that I am lying and that I should re-evaluate how much I drank. They did not give me back my money and nobody cared about my complaint. I will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience. Food wasn’t that good either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor, slow table service. We ordered drinks that never came, and paying was a hassle. I have no idea why these places don't just do Selbstbedienung - would be much easier for everyone. I think they've had staff problems due to Corona but surely that would be more reason to ditch the table-service dogma. Maybe they'll improve next season.
