We refused to pay for it of course, then they got real angry, but when we talked to the manager they had to cancel the drinks. The manager is awesome. When we left, the waiter called us ‘Sweinhund‘. I hope he gets sacked. It’s a shame to have terrible people working in such nice hotels.

We ordered lunch, a beer and some glühwein, but after almost waiting for 2 hours for our lunch (in which we repeatedly asked for our order status), we left. When leaving the waitress, which was mildly put: very unpleasant, had the nerve of arguing with us as well and making us wait AGAIN on getting the bill. Please train your staff, or stop doing business at all. Hope you will improve.

When we left, the waiter called us ‘Sweinhund‘ after paying a bill of EUR 318, hope he gets sacked. It’s a shame to have terrible people working in such nice hotels.
