★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Personal. Ich habe einen Eistee Zitrone bestellt, habe aber einen Pfirsich Eistee gekriegt. Habe die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam gemacht, die wiederum anstatt das Problem zu lösen einfach in mitten Konversation, weil es ihr anscheinend zu dumm war weggegangen ist. Habe mehr erwartet.
 I am very disappointed in the staff. I ordered a lemon iced tea but got a peach iced tea. I pointed this out to the waitress, who in turn, instead of solving the problem, simply walked away in the middle of a conversation because it seemed too stupid for her. I expected more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wellness of this hotel and it’s truly nice, location is perfect, you can watch slopes and skiers from the warm whirlpool. Outside swimming pool is also amazing. Different spa arrangements are exceptional.
