H	Harm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a realy nice dinner in the restaurant . Lovely waiters and nice live music. The grilled pork was amazing.
J	J B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant hotel although the rooms are somewhat shabby and dated, the food is very good and the staff generally friendly, disappointed that you are not allowed tap water with wine at dinner, and have to pay excessive charges for the hotels on bottled water. The facilities are pleasant but very small and soon feel crowded out with four or five small groups or families using them. Having said that it’s possible to use the facilities in the sister hotel 300 meters away. The issue with that is the 25€ PP charge applied which doesn’t show up in the hotel information! 100€ for a swim and gym session doesn’t feel like reasonable value for four of us. Given the overall cost and hidden extras this is not the best value stay I have experienced. This leaves little to do on the days I was not able to ski. Would I come back, no, There are well placed better value hotels in the locality, I would look very carefully at some of the alternatives Before booking. The ski area is however excellent, well managed, with good access and quality lifts. Here’s wishing you a very safe and happy stay if you are planning a visit.
U	Uwe Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review for the restaurant at the front downstairs, not the hotel. The food quality is simply poor. Tasteless, fast and without any aspiration. But in fact the biggest blow came at the end. The only allow cash pay. A simple No Go!!! Sorry!

O	Oxana Ostroverkhova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gorgeous! I decided to come back in winter because this is an ideal place for ?. Vintage alpen style, warm, clean. Many things for shower and sauna, great breakfast. Stuff gave us a Jocker card for free entry in cabins. Here is a beautiful region as well with ideal infrastructure for any kind of sport. Nice price including a bunch of joy.
S	Susan Haveman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our big group had a lovely night at the hotel last night: great, friendly and fast staff outside, good food, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the night got rather ruined after discovering upon our departure, that the wheelchair I came in was no longer there. Our outside staff were fittingly apologetic, but as it turned out, someone from the inside staff had allowed other guest to ‘borrow’ the wheelchair ‘as it already stood there for one and a half hours’. Ah well, that would be because we were having drinks and dinner there, right? The manager came, apologised, promised to call us a taxi to take us back to our apartment - asked us to go inside for a drink - and then left us. We had to wait ten minutes for some schnapps, poured to us by the guy who gave away my wheelchair. He didn’t apologise, just made up a whole lot of silly excuses. Taxi never showed up. Manager never showed up anymore either. Long story not so short: I covered some meters with my crutches, we found a taxi who charged us 10 euros for the 400 meters we were away from our apartment and so far the wheelchair is not back and I’m stuck in the apartment.

The prices were way to high for the quality of the food. We have waited for over an hour for the food, which was not quite wat we expected. After the disappointing experience regarding the food, we asked the waiter whether it was possible to split the bill. He explained to us that this was not possible, because he was extremely busy serving other guests, and it would take 15 minutes to split. After we insisted, he finally gave in and let us pay separately. Upon paying, he decided to give himself a tip “because that is customary”. What should be normal in a restaurant, is a waiter that gives his very best in order to give his guest a great experience! The behaviour of this waiter however, was downright rude and arrogant. I would recommend not to go here!
