Chose this hotel from looking at their website and looking at its position relative to the Reiterkogelbahn (very close, across the road in front of hotel) and Westgipfelbahn (which we got to via the Schwartzachbahn, close by behind the hotel, pistes 15 and 10). The hotel staff are absolutely brilliant. Service is excellent. Food superb. We were in their annexe but still had use of the hotel's full facilities including their excellent wellness area. Really great hotel.
L	Ladislav Szkukalek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pluses: very central, close to the slopes, bars and shops. When we arrived the staff helped with the baggages and parked our car. The room was very comfy, newish, nice colours and style. The receptionist (a guy from Hungary and the owners daughter) were nice and professional. The same can be said about the majority of the restaurant staff. Things to improve: in the restaurant area, some of the waiters do not feel how to aproach a guest. The way they asked and communicated needs to be refined. At this price range we expect service at every point.

The roof top indoor spa and pool area is a real asset for all the family. Well situated to give easy access to all lifts and walks in the area. Local bus stops 4 mins walk in either direction. Well worth a visit.

E	Emese Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasent hotel, near Reiterkogelbahn, verry family friendly, with playroom, swimmingpool etc. Staff helpfull and extremely friendly, cheers to all the hungarian waiters and Tamas. Verry nice ski locker, food surprisingly good, including the deserts, both half board and in the a la cart restaurant and bar, compared to other 4 star hotels in the area that we have stayed in, including Kaprun. So if you're looking for a casual hotel near the slopes this definitely should be a strong option
