The owner and family are more welcoming than a waitress in Bali. the hotel is cleaner than a fresh bed sheet. The food is better than a dinner cooked at home by your mum. The spa area has every thing and more . I would recommend this hotel to any one that has taste and wants every thing you can dream of in clouding a great family holiday . Have fun book now you will not be disappointed. I promise

We were not given access to cloakroom/showers and were not given robes or slippers - straight from the reception to the treatment room. Despite the lovely looking facilities, it lacked the "luxe" feeling we've experienced from better priced spas.

Our dinner menu was prepared and presented and everything was not only absolutely delicious but super artistic. Better than a Michelin star restaurant! We were able to take beautiful pictures in the garden and our guests were quite impressed by the service and attention to detail! There was even a little surprise in our room celebrating our marriage with signs and candles…how amazing is that? We thought we paid for hotel and dinner and what we got was an incredible experience and a beautiful evening. Not only will we be visiting again soon but our friends plan to visit as well and we will definitely be recommending your hotel to any and everyone we can. I wish I could marry again just to relive this night ?? The owners of Rieser were great, personal and took time to accommodate our questions and needs! Outstanding family and service !
