★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartement hat uns vor allem durch seine TOP-Lage begeistert. Unverbauter Rundumblick auf das Rofan-Gebirge und ins Karwendel. Auch ein Stück Achsensee kann man sehen. Das Haus befindet sich nicht direkt an der Straße und die Terrasse ist zusätzlich zur ruhigen Rückseite des Hauses ausgerichtet. Busshaltestellen (kostenlos mit Gästekarte nutzbar), Restaurants und Dorfladen liegen fast direkt vor der Tür. Aber auch Schiffsanleger, Pizzeria, Spielplatz, Karwendel-Bergbahn, Souvenirshops usw. sind in fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Bad/ Küche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch zweckmäßig und sauber. Geschirrspüler und Backofen sind vorhanden.
Der Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit, wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Lediglich einmal gab es eine Verwechselung beim Brötchenservice, aber im Dorfladen um die Ecke konnten wir schnell Ersatz beschaffen.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gern wieder.
The apartment particularly impressed us with its TOP location. Unobstructed all-round view of the Rofan Mountains and the Karwendel. You can also see a piece of the Achsensee. The house is not directly on the street and the terrace is also facing the quiet rear of the house. Bus stops (can be used free of charge with a guest card), restaurants and village shops are almost directly in front of the door. But also the jetty, pizzeria, playground, Karwendel mountain railway, souvenir shops, etc. can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and clean. Bathroom / kitchen are a bit old but still functional and clean. Dishwasher and oven are available.
The landlord was nice and helpful, we had nothing to complain about. Only once was there a mix-up for the bread delivery service, but we were able to quickly get a replacement in the village shop around the corner.
Overall very recommendable, we would love to come back.
