Super equipped to buy or rent. Had a 2-hour cross-country course. It was perfectly organized and the ski instructor taught us everything with fun and charm.

Habe dort ein E-bike geliehen, dessen Motor nach einer halben Stunde Fahrt stotterte, auf dem Rückweg zur Verleihstation fiel auf, das das Hinterrad ein Kabel glatt gescheuert hat. Das Ersatzfahrrad hatte ausgeleierte Zahnräder, so dass die Kette unter Belastung sprang. Die geplante Tour war nicht möglich, auch auf Nachfragen wurde uns keine Preisreduzierung gewährt. Insgesamt nur ärgerlich. Not to be recommended at all. Borrowed an e-bike there, the engine of which stuttered after half an hour of driving, on the way back to the rental station I noticed that the rear wheel had rubbed a cable smooth. The replacement bike had worn out gears, so the chain jumped under load. The planned tour was not possible, and we were not granted a price reduction on request. Overall just annoying.
D	David Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen, die gebuchten E-bikes entsprachen nicht den Bildern aus der online Anzeige. Service mangelhaft. Wir haben online zwei e-bikes reserviert und bezahlt. Bei Ankunft war man dann überrascht das wir die Fahrräder abholen wollten. Wahrscheinlich weil man nichts anderes mehr auf Lager hatte (trotz Reservierung), haben wir dann zwei ältere Fahrräder bekommen, von dem eins nicht die richtige Größe hatte (obwohl die Größe bei der Buchung angegeben wurde) und das Andere eine acht im Reifen hatte sowie der Motor während der Fahrt ausgefallen ist. Auf unsere sachliche Kritik wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen und das verständlicherweise negative Feedback abgetan. Es entsteht das Gefühl einer Touristenabzocke...Klar warum soll man auch auf den Kunden eingehen wenn er wahrscheinlich eh nicht wieder kommt und die Nachfrage trotz schlechten Service gut ist ?‍♂️ Unfortunately not to be recommended, the booked e-bikes did not correspond to the pictures from the online ad. Service poor. We reserved and paid for two e-bikes online. When we arrived we were surprised that we wanted to pick up the bikes. Probably because they had nothing else in stock (despite reservation), we then got two older bikes, one of which was not the right size (although the size was specified when booking) and the other had an eight in the tire as well as the one The engine has failed while driving. Our objective criticism was not addressed at all and the understandably negative feedback was dismissed. It creates the feeling of a tourist rip-off ... Sure, why should you also respond to the customer if he probably won't come back anyway and the demand is good despite poor service ?‍♂️
