★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gestern ein Hunde-Geschirr in der Filiale gekauft, leider war dies defekt (eine der Schließen sprang bei leichtem Zug sofort auf, was z.B.an einer Straße dazu führen kann, dass das Tier sich ohne weiteres befreien und auf die Fahrbahn laufen kann). Ich habe zwar anstandslos eine Gutschrift über den Kaufvertrag bekommen und das defekte Exemplar wurde zurückgenommen, jedoch offenbar nicht um es zu entsorgen oder zum Hersteller zu retournieren. Als ich heute nochmal da war und beiläufig zu den Geschirren schaute musste ich feststellen, dass das defekte Geschirr einfach neu beschriftet und wieder hin gehängt wurde. Weil ich es nicht glauben konnte habe ich das Geschirr überprüft und tatsächlich, die Schließe sprang bei leichtem Zug sofort wieder auf. Also setzt man hier den Hund des nächsten Kunden bewusst der Gefahr aus, dass er sich zu einer möglichst ungünstigen Gelegenheit befreit, mit welchen Folgen auch immer. Sonst war ich immer sehr zufrieden, aber das jetzt sehe ich als bewusste Täuschung der Kunden. Zudem zeugt es davon, dass man sich offenbar weder um Qualität der Produkte, noch um Sicherheit der Haustiere geschert hat. Unverschämt.
 Yesterday I bought a dog harness in the branch, unfortunately it was defective (one of the clasps jumped open immediately when there was a slight pull, which, for example, on a street can lead to the animal being able to free itself without further ado and run onto the road) . I got a credit for the sales contract without any problems and the defective copy was taken back, but apparently not to dispose of it or to return it to the manufacturer. When I was there again today and casually looked at the dishes, I noticed that the defective dishes were simply re-labeled and hung up again. Because I couldn't believe it, I checked the harness and sure enough, the clasp opened again immediately when I pulled it lightly. So here the next customer's dog is deliberately exposed to the risk that it will break free at the worst possible opportunity, whatever the consequences. Otherwise I was always very satisfied, but now I see that as a deliberate deception of the customers. In addition, it shows that no one apparently cared about the quality of the products or the safety of pets. Outrageous.

The selection is Huge and you can find almost anything. The Treat and food selection is really great so you can find many brands and their under brands.
Your pets are also always welcome to visit and select their own toy (for you to buy of course)
The Staff is super friendly and always like to help out.
