Since opening times are given, I assumed that this is a business location. Unfortunately this is not the case, the journey was in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben kurz vor Weihnachten ein Geschirr Modell "easy" bestellt, da unsere Madame ihren Rüssel ungern durch ein Geschirr steckt.
(Herrchen hat nicht bedacht, dass die bevorstehenden Feiertage die Lieferung etwas verzögern können).
Das Geschirr selbst ist jetzt leider eine Nummer zu groß, von der Ausführung her aber wertig und überall unterfüttert.
Der E-Mail Support hat auf meine Umtauschbitte sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert.
Jetzt wo wir die passende Größe rausgefunden haben werden wir gerne wieder dort bestellen!
Shortly before Christmas we ordered an "easy" tableware because our Madame doesn't like to put her trunk through a tableware.
(Herrchen did not consider that the upcoming holidays may delay the delivery a little).
The dishes themselves are unfortunately one size too big, but the design is valuable and relined everywhere.
The email support responded very quickly and kindly to my exchange request.
Now that we have found the right size, we will be happy to order there again!
