★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe letzte Woche bei Rudda angerufen,um mir einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen,da wir alle Innentüren im Haus austauschen möchten. Dies erklärte ich auch dem Herrn am Telefon. Der Herr gab mir eine Email mit der Bitte ich soll ihm die Adresse mailen und er meldet sich dann,um Näheres zu besprechen. Bis heute keine Antwort und kein Rückruf. Sehr schade!
 Called Rudda last week to arrange a viewing because we want to replace all of the interior doors in the house. I also explained this to the Lord on the phone. The gentleman gave me an email asking me to email him the address and he then reports to discuss further details. To date no answer and no call back. It's a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe zwei dreigeteilte Zimmertüren gekauft. Beide Türen hängen neben einander. Bei einem Türblatt löst sich die oberste Schicht. Habe bereits das dritte Mal eine Beschwede mit 10 Fotos geschrieben. Als Antwort erhalte ich immer - wir brauchen mehr Fotos und wer hat das Türblatt eingebaut. Danke für die Betreuung wenn es nicht ganz klappt. Toll das man KUNDEN so wichtig nimmt.
I bought two tripartite room doors. Both doors hang next to each other. In a door leaf, the top layer dissolves. Have already written a Beschwede with 10 photos for the third time. In response, I always get - we need more photos and who has installed the door leaf. Thanks for the care if it does not work out. Great that you take CUSTOMERS so important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam am Donnerstag an der neuen Filiale vorbei und wollte mich umschauen, was von der Firma angeboten wird. Mein erster Eindruck war, dass der Ausstellungsraum sehr gut geordnet ist auch wenn die Filiale sowie auch die Auswahl an Parkett und Türen sehr groß sind. Die Produkte sind sehr interessant und ihre Präsentation fand ich sehr gut gelungen. Besonders beeindruckend sind die abwechslungsreichen Musterräumen. Die Möbel sind im Hinblick auf Stil und Farbtöne immer unterschiedlich und vielfältig.
I came to the new branch on Thursday and wanted to look around, which is offered by the company. My first impression was that the showroom is very well organized even if the store as well as the selection of parquet and doors are very large. The products are very interesting and I found their presentation very well done. Particularly impressive are the varied sample rooms. The furniture is always different and varied in terms of style and color tones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Kunden-Desorientierung, 2 Mitarbeiter, musste 35 Minuten stehend mit FFP2 Maske warten, da bekommt man schon leicht "Kreislauf"-probleme. Kurze Nachfrage eines Mitarbeiters, aber meinte, es würde wohl länger dauern. Ich selbst war nach 4-5 Minuten durch. Keine wirkliche Empfehlung, da muss der Firmeninhaber einige Punkte ändern!
Absolute customer disorientation, 2 employees, had to wait 35 minutes standing with an FFP2 mask, because you can easily get "circulation" problems. Brief inquiry from an employee, but said it would probably take longer. I was through after 4-5 minutes. Not a real recommendation, the company owner has to change a few points!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angebotsanfrage online über deren Intranetseite gesendet, weil aus der email Adresse ja leider ein Geheimnis gemacht wird. Bis heute keine Reaktion. Ist sicherlich schon 2-3 Wochen her. Es gibt genügend andere Firmen in diesem Bereich, die sich um Kundenanfragen kümmern, also Hände weg.
@Rudda: Sorry, aber MEINE Zeit lasse ich mir durch euch sicherlich nicht stehlen.

Request for quotation sent online via their intranet site, because unfortunately the email address is kept secret. To date no reaction. Must have been 2-3 weeks. There are enough other companies in this area that take care of customer inquiries, so hands off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern für heute einen Beratungstermin per Mail angefragt...kurze Zeit später kam schon die Zusage. TOP!!!!. Sehr kompetente Beratung heute bekommen... die Entscheidung fällt schwer welche Dielen es werden sollen ...aber sicher ist ...wir werden bei RUDDA unseren neuen Boden bestellen.
Yesterday I asked for a consultation appointment by email... a short time later the confirmation came. TOP!!!!. Received very competent advice today... it's difficult to decide which floorboards to get... but one thing is certain... we will order our new floor from RUDDA.
