Obwohl lt. eines anderen Unternehmens die Gasleitung saniert werden hätte müssen, wurde durch nochmalige Überprüfung festgestellt, dass dies gar nicht notwendig ist. Ich glaube es gibt nur wenig Unternehmen die so fair mit dem Kunden um gehen und nicht auf Abzocke aus sind.
Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Although, according to another company, the gas line should have been rehabilitated, it was determined by a further check that this was not necessary at all. I think there are only a few companies that are so fair with their customers and are not after rip-offs.
Can just be recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich sendete eine Anfrage bezüglich einer Thermenwartung und wurde schon wenige Minuten später von Herrn Aussprung telefonisch wegen der Terminvereinbarung kontaktiert.
Herr Aussprung war super pünktlich, arbeitete schnell, genau und war überdies sehr nett! Er gab uns zusätzlich sogar Tipps zur Reinigung der Bade-Spritztiere unserer Kinder :)
Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!
Update:
Da ich wie oben ersichtlich sehr zufrieden mit Herrn Aussprung war, kontaktierte ich Ihn auch um bei unserem Hausbau einige Arbeiten durchzuführen. Leider war die Kommunikation bei diesem Mal sehr schleppend und schlussendlich gab es keine Rückmeldung und scheinbar kein Interesse mehr von Herrn Aussprung.
Schade, dass ich zwei so verschiedene Erfahrungen machen musste...
I sent an inquiry about thermal maintenance and was contacted by Mr. Aussprung by phone a few minutes later to make an appointment.
Mr. Aussprung was very punctual, worked quickly, precisely and was also very nice! He even gave us tips on how to clean our children's splash animals :)
Really highly recommended!
Update:
Since I was very satisfied with Mr. Aussprung, as can be seen above, I also contacted him to do some work on our house. Unfortunately, the communication this time was very slow and in the end there was no feedback and apparently no more interest from Mr. Aussprung.
It's a shame that I had two such different experiences ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz toller kompetenter zuverlässiger Installateur. Habe diesmal die Gaswartung von ihm machen lassen. Preis Leistung Top. Nicht diese wir bieten das billigste an und am Ende ist es viel teurer... trotzdem viel günstiger als der Vaillant Kundendienst. Ich werde ihn sicher wieder beauftragen.
Great, competent, reliable installer. This time I let him do the gas maintenance. Price performance top. Not that we offer the cheapest and in the end it is much more expensive ... still much cheaper than Vaillant customer service. I will definitely hire him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Aussprung was very kind, most knowledgeable, and he even managed to give additional advice in a case I had not primarily asked him in for. The main problem of the boiler flame that a previous company could not set straight he figured out in less than a quarter of an hour and managed to come up with a very good solution: Everything works well by now, the flame keeps burning, and finally I have hot water also in the kirchen again. Great service and value for money! I gladly recommend Mr. Aussprung's service.
