★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of weeks ago we adopted two dwarf rabbits from Kölle Zoo because the staffs consulted that rabbit is social and they always need a group or a partner. As we brought them to Tierarzt next to the Kölle Zoo, the doctor reported that a rabbit got three wounds but it didn’t matter to us because we love them at the first time. The real problem started when the stronger and healthy rabbit attacked the weaker one, which has three wounds. After reading many references about rabbit and attempting to resolve this problem, nothing has changed with the stronger rabbit. He still attacked and bit the other. Then we decided to contact to Kölle Zoo and hoped that they would offer a good solution. However, they just gave us some useless advices. They even didn’t provide an information about where we could find a support for this situation. I think that Kölle Zoo should consider this issue.
The staffs are pretty nice. The price fits in the quality. There are many stuffs to choose. But I don’t recommend for adopting a pet here after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very, very big zoo hobby market. You may find here... everything. From ants colony and strategic games for...dogs, to... new-born rats in refrigerator. For snakes of course. And very, very, very professional staff. Thank you for help with the light for crested gecko. I'm impressed. Really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit sceptical first, because the prices are a bit high compared to other pet stores but when I asked for help because my aquarium had a problem,the fish were dying and I had cyano outbreaks, one very competent saleswoman called Jessica gave me advice and some special products while taking her time and explaning everything I needed to know. Everything worked out just like she told me it would, so i'm really impressed. It's also a great thing that a lot of the salespeople are speaking english! 10/10 would recommend Köllezoo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my always happy place. All my problems just vanished being in this place. I literally go in with no intention to buy anything, and come out with more than 100 euros worth of toys and food for my cat. Well, who cares as long as I'm happy coming here over and over again.
