Very helpful staff, nice, smiling, delicious food, everyone will find something for themselves, a large selection, everything fresh and very good. Pool great, saunas also. The hotel is very charmingly situated. Clean and spacious rooms. A small hint for the future - it is worth providing take-away breakfasts for guests who leave early in the morning (in the previous hotels we visited it was always practiced). We cordially greet the entire staff of the hotel. It was a fantastic vacation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were welcomed very warmly. The hotel is cosy yet full of all of the amenities you could need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, a lot of choice and of a high standard. I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to alter some details of our family visit to Das Alois before we arrived (because of Covid changes) and the staff were very helpful in accommodating our needs.
This is a very clean and comfortable hotel in the Centre of Lanersbach with fantastic swimming pool and wellness facilities.
If there is any slight criticism, then perhaps the elevator is a bit slow but this is not really an issue! :)

The hotel is very clean and tastefully furnished. Staff is very kind and allowed us for very late check out at no extra charge

Clean, good sized family room.
Great service.
Great food.
Well-stocked bar, great cocktails.
Good pool and spa facilities.
Center of town so good access to anything you could not get in the hotel.
