M	Mathis Van Eetvelde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! Very friendly staff! Hotel is 2 bus stops away from Rastkogel and Eggalm. Ski room is plenty big, but not enough accomodations for snowboards. Food is great, vegetarian menu. No vegan menu though.

Later we discover internet connection requires tokens that reception should have given. Room is okay however for the price and mention of junior suite i would have expected at least new robes for example. Worn out robes were laid on the bed... Rating changed to 4 as all staff members were very polite and attentive. The reception who was the same lady that attended our table for dinner obviously requires training... Anyway to summarize this place works on the basis of their repeat customers that have been going there for 30 years plus.. There is no investment to acquire new customers ..
