★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average accommodation. It is clean but with so many negatives that I wouldn't stay there again.
The owners require 100% deposit when booking. Then you must pay an additional 130 € in cash to the cleaning lady when you arrive. They do not include towels, wash soap, or toilet paper; this is particularly stingy, even by European standards. The Wi-Fi is a slow 18 Mbps and did not work in all the rooms. The doors squeak and the bathroom fan makes a racket. The shower is hot and comfortable, but if a neighbor flushes the toilet the decrease in cold water pressure will scald you like a lobster.
Overall with some maintenance and update to current century standards this could perhaps be a 4 star Feiernwohnung.
