The food is superb as the service. The rooms are modern and the details are really nice. The spa is amazing. Seriously, one of the best places I have ever been!

This can be seen from the very first meeting at the reception!! welcome and prompt service!

Rooms large and comfortable !! Many activities (indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, spa, outdoor activities, babysitting and more)
Their food and cuisine is wonderful the buffet and sweets are unprecedented!!
I would unreservedly go again and suggest it to many to visit Bergfried Hotel!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent family at the hotel, which give excellent service in the hotel. The spa is great with a good sky pool. The food is excellent too and everyone is super friendly. We celebrated wedding anniversary of our parents and birthday and the staff prepared surprise for us. The hotel organise great hike activities. We participated in Sun rise hike and got tea and food at the top from our tour guide. We are recommending it a lot. We are coming to this hotel repeatedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience staying at this amazing hotel!Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The owners made feel like home! Exquisant restaurant with delightful meals and desserts to die for! Not to mention the spa area and the outdoor pool with the breathtaking view of the snowy mountains !!!
