★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiter was very impatient and rude. Without notice he shoves two panini’s in front of my face and starts saying very impatiently “mozzarella or ham” 3 times in succession. He then promptly walks away after I confirm what I had ordered before without even acknowledging me.
Very rude.
Also, this message was written in the 20 minutes it already takes to get an apfelstrudel too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 25 minutes before waiter finally showed up. Barely speaks English, finally takes our order and… 40 minutes later I have to ask for the update and he says that he just forgot! Do not eat there. The works experience in Vienna so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been waiting for over 30 minutes since sitting down and the dirty dishes of the people are still on our table and our orders have not been taken even after attempting to flag down staff multiple times, one time even acknowledging is then proceeding to ignore us for (at this time) 15 minutes.
Worst service I've ever received by far. A waste of the beautiful location and the monopoly they have over catering in the museum.
Total waiting time ended up being an hour for 2 cola's. Picture of dirty dishes that were still with us after an hour included.
