★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist in Wien this was heaven. Quick and polite service, really really great kids food, and excellent prices, all in a grand open atrium that was a pleasure to be in. Coffee good: now to see the museum itself! Danke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ludicrous prices. Don't order the vegi burger. Small as heck and has nothing at all to do with a burger (two small slices of bread with some soggy veggies).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful but that’s all. The food is ok but very expensive. The service is bad. We waited for almost 20 minutes before anyone came to us to help us. Then we waited 30!! Minutes for our food. The staff looked unmotivated. But when we asked for the bill and didn’t gave a tip, they started ask questions. At first if we wanted to give a tip, then they blame the bad service on the kitchen ‘because the service have to wait on the food too’ and then again if we wanted to give any tip. We still didn’t want to and the conversation was over I guess, because the guy walked away.

Service was nice contrary to what other people said in the comments.
I had the gulash and the apple strudel which were delicious.
A bit expensive but that's always the case in museums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, great service, very tasty food. I have tried wiener goulash ( hope I haven't misspelled it)) and it was really great. Highly recommended. Great place to sit and have some rest between exhibitions
