Senior- sind Juniorchef sind beide gerichtlich beeidete und zertifizierte Sachverständige. A small workshop for all brands in the right mechanic work. Hier kann es passieren das man danach eine andere Werkstatt aufsuchen muss um die entstandenen Schäden wieder richten zu lassen. Dem war nicht so und ich musste einen Teil der Kosten selbst tragen, OHNE dass vorher mit mir über die Kosten gesprochen wurde. Die Rechnung wurde mir einfach präsentiert. VORSICHT bei Versicherungsfällen in dieser Werkstatt. I had a claim and the workshop told me that the insurance will pay. That was not the case and I had to pay part of the cost, WITHOUT having previously talked to me about the cost. The bill was simply presented to me. CAUTION for insurance claims in this workshop.
H	Hans Hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich, bei meiner Stamm- Renault Werkstatt im 10ten Bezirk bei den letzten Besuchen eher den Eindruck hatte, die Werkstatt ist permanent überlastet( Termin erst in Wochen, kurzfristig keine Lösungvorschläge, einfaches löschen der Fehlercode. Habe endlich diese Werkstatt gefunden, sofortiger Termin (binnen 2 Tagen), gratis Leihwagen, kompetente und freundliche Werkstatt. Der Fehler wurde ausfindig gemacht und repariert. Zahnriemen, Service, Pickerl, u.v.m. prompt erledigt. Danke Since I, at my regular Renault workshop in the 10th district, had the impression during the last visits, the workshop is permanently overloaded (appointment only in weeks, no suggestions at short notice, simply delete the error code. I finally found this workshop, immediate appointment (within 2 days), free rental car, competent and friendly workshop. The bug was found and repaired. Timing belts, service, stickers, and much more done promptly. thank you

T	Tomasz Matysik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ finger weg von dieser werkstatt! es ist eine frechheit. ich war dort, da die bremsleistung zu schwach war. es wurde inspiziert, das urteil: beemsscheiben und bremsklötze im oarsch, obwohl vor ca 3000 km gewechselt worden. auf jeden fall wurde ich skeptisch und fuhr in eine andere werkstatt, wo lediglich die bremsflüssigkeit gewechselt wurde und das problem war gelöst!! die tolle werkstatt deutsch&reiter verrechnete mir fürs schauen und die falsche diagnose 70 euro!!!! eine bodenlose frechheit!! dazu bekam ich einen kostenvoranschlag von ca 1000 euro f d bremsen ? katastrophe.. stay away from this workshop! that is rude. i was there because the braking power was too weak. It was inspected, the verdict: Beemsscheibe and brake pads in the oarsch, although about 3000 km ago was changed. In any case, I became skeptical and drove to another workshop, where only the brake fluid was changed and the problem was solved! the great workshop deutsch & reiter charged me 70 euros for looking and the wrong diagnosis !!!! a bottomless cheek !! Sie finden Fehler die andere Renaultwerkstätten nicht finden oder nicht finden wollen und sind auch in der Lage diese zu beheben.
